Zhu Yan is in unimaginable pain that he’s seeking death. I was mad too they already have this stereotypical idea of him but they are acting deaf and blind because that not how they expected him to be. They are conflicted because of what he did . They understand his pain but they also don’t want to understand. They want to kill him to avenge their lost ones but they want him to stay alive to pay back what he did then kill him.
The way I see it , Zhu Yan is a demon but he’s most likely the purest among them.

Every time I see LJX , I can't describe well but he's ugly. I'm not talking about the actor tho he's fine but the character . The actor did a good job at portraying the LJX because all I can see his a very obsessive and delusional man. Even if he's good looking, his inner beauty(more like ugliness) take over his outer beauty.
Do I make sense ? I hope someone understand what am saying 😅
Don't judge the show before it even airs based on the cast. Rather than worrying about the cast, you need to understand…
If I like the cast, I will watch a drama until the end, even if people say it’s average or bad. I’m not someone who pays attention to ratings or reviews of a show. Some people decide what to watch based on ratings and reviews, but for me, 90% of the time, it’s all about the cast. Especially since I started using this website, I’ve realized that many reviews are very misleading. Either I’m easy to please and simply enjoy seeing actors I like, or people are just difficult to satisfy. I usually end up liking most of the shows that people heavily criticize.
So yeah, that’s how I was able to watch it. I wish they had kept the same cast for this one, but I’ll still give it a try.
so we all agree that Zhu Yan has the other half ? I soon as Cheng said the token was in two people. Even in the first episode when Ml got close to FL they both have some kind of tattoo light up. Zhu Yan’s tattoo is behind his ear.
what if it’s Li Lun or someone else who actually killed all those people from the demon-Hunting bureau ?🤔 Zhu Yan took the blame and is not saying anything for some reason? Maybe he’s protecting someone like the real culprit 👀👀👀
I think Shen yi was always on the dark side , ever since I saw how he was looking at that painting of himself. Hopefully I'm wrong , maybe he has like a multiple personality something like that.
She changes a lot in the last few episodes of the drama. I don't want to spoil it for you though, but she cares…
yes, I finished it, I did see a little bit of growth in the last 2-3 episodes. I didn't really gave much attention to the brother. Definity a mama's boys , she very much spoiled him and shelter him a lot while being very Strick with the FL. actually a good representation of being the only / older daughter.
Am I the only one who don't like the mom ? I'm watching episode 8 and so far she's very frustrating. She's so self centered , I understand she want a better life for her kids but like.. the way she's speaking to FL and her husband is not okay.
