We don’t know nothing about his past or barely know anything he keep fooling everyone over and over again. Plus why Would they save , why would big mouse choose him , when he was torturing doctor Han , I was shocked, he seem so easy for him to torture someone might not have been his first time. He might have loose somebody in the past because of that chemical stuff and went to an orphanage. PCH is extremely suspicious we barely know anything about him except his memory and life with his wife and father in law. It’s like he knew nobody else except these 3 . Did he only knew these 3 people . I think PCH is either Big mouse and don’t remember or big mouse is related to him and he don’t remember. Don’t let him and the writers fool you easily

or he could be big mouse and just forget after the accident and that would be why room leader save him .

I've seen so many plot twist , I wouldn't be surprised if he has a double personality or something like that. if you watch episode 13 preview , he change so much not just in that trailer ,the episodes before too . He been through a lot but Doha and the others are right PCH is more than dangerous then big mouse

Naksu/MD is not in her body , the body she’s in belongs to the Jin’s family lost daughter. She switch body with her in the beginning if you remember Since episode 1 we already knew that lead actress would eventually change anyways . MD real identity would have eventually been exposed and she need to go back too her body .
