This had so much potential. It had the ingredients for such an interesting story. The directing and editing dropped the ball in a lot of ways. It should have been about 8 episodes maybe. I definitely think the set up was intriguing, the middle bits were a miss and the latter part of the show was better. It succeeded in keeping my interest though and the romance part was probably FB's best stuff. If you are in the mood for a slow mystery melodrama then i would give this a chance.

There actually aren't that many you have not seen of the ones i would most rec. You can try Dear Doctor, I'm Coming for Sou(ghost+plot) l,Mandate(political+plot), The Miracle of Teddy Bear(fantasy+plot), Something in My Room(ghost), Love Begins in the World of If (fantasy+plot )and Love Is a Poison(light legal romcom). I bet we will see more shows like Khemjira and GBYFD in the future though

The leads were such a green forest couple with supportive friends and family around them. Jimmy and Sea are such a comfortable pairing. There is an ease to them when they interact on screen that is so lovely. It is just that the story for me was weak but the actors did a good job. There is a warmth to this show that kind of makes up for the less compelling plot.

They really putting this drama on ice after a 10 year wait😭🙃😭 If they aren't going to recast and reshoot without the guy I don't get how delaying it makes a difference at this point. They can't edit a main character like his out either. They can perhaps put a disclamer and denounce his actions. What a pity!

I'm curious too. I rarely see a highly rated Japanese romance drama but the thriller/mystery/crime etc stuff(alice in borderland, gannibal etc) gets rated a bit higher sometimes. I just assume not many people in the mdl community engage with Japanese shows.

The last 2-3 episodes were really good. I thought i would like this more but it took some time for me to get into it. I ended up enjoying it more with each episode in the end.

Yeah. I would not count it because ML seems to not have memory of what happens during possessions but it will likely bring them closer

He is pretty much a glorified medium. I would have loved to see him leverage this ability in other ways beyond snooping around or see him being able to win cass without needing his abilities as well. The cases have been interesting though.

Right!!! They made a big deal of needing his mom's assets for him to open his firm. How is he paying that off doing pro bono work for ghosts🤣

We actually have not seen the ML properly practice law very much🤣😭Is he even good at his job? He is more of a private investigator and family therapist. He always gets possessed before we can see his qualification get put to use but it is amusing to watch as least.

Dilraba's visuals in the last few episodes are insane. The peerless beauty they are always writing about. I think it is hard to match her level tbh

As for the characters, i find that He Simu and Duan Xu are such an awkward pair but it kind of works 🤣😭

Can anyone explain the meaning behind his name Shin I Rang and why he got teased for it? The Netflix subtitle did not make sense to me in that scene

I think she was ready to change all along but did not know how to. She was comfortable and functioning enough. ML just gave her a reason or the courage to at least try.
