It depends on the country tbh. Netflix originals are programs 100% owned and produced by netflix . They own the rights and distribution. This means that those shows are usually available to every place with a Netflix presence. What happens is that the release date may differ depending on the region/country.(ie some regions get the shows later than others for what ever reason) or some laws specific to the country may interfer with availability too.
