If she returns as the assassin, then everything she learned and went through with Uk will be fruitless. Former Naksu was not that great, let's be honest. Yes, she had great mage powers but everything else was pitiful. She lived in reclusion as Jin Mu's puppet had no one to trust or rely on, and lived a lie for 20 years. She was easily discarded.
I don't want to see old Naksu. I want to see a new Cho Yeong, who can trust others, keep her promises, love, and be loved in return. Watch her getting even more powerful without the vengeance plot. I hope she finds peace of mind even without justice. That's the hardest thing to do and I wish she turns out to be that strong. But this is not my story, so I can just hope the characters have a good development.

That was for the first episode of part 1. Last episode had more than 9% average nationwide. The fact the drama would be split into 2 parts was revealed before the press conference. The director said he wanted to expand the story to better show all the elements. It's a really good production and absolutely popular on social media. The tv ratings don't do justice.

I agree with you that the Hong sisters handled the whole body/soul-swap thing better. But in OMG the chef already cared about FL before she was possessed (he was always concerned about her well-being and loved her blog not knowing it was her). They just never acted on their feelings before bc FL was too shy and ML was too unaware. The potential romance was there, the ghost just unintentionally helped them to act on it.

Yes, her body was well preserved, but a lifeless body is still different from the animated one. Since her body was dead and they had evidence of her performing alchemy of souls, keeping a record of her original face wouldn't be helpful. Since it's useless information the brain tends to get rid of it over some time.
