thank you so much, I found it! (it was "All Right (无妨)")
they were both so exceptionally pretty in this ep (ep 3), I don't know what it was but the lightning was so pretty and their hair and faces and the skin tone and literally everything ngoengoeginoojr I couldn't take my eyes off of them
Hii, if you want to watch other Chinese bromances, I'd recommend The Untamed (historical fantasy/xianxia), Word…
Hii! I'm not sure what to recommend since all my favourites were there already (and they were literally the best bromances to exist) buttt I can try to recommend some. - Killer and Healer (it's been years since I watched this but what I remember, it was good. I don't remember there being a female love interest but I'm only 95% sure - historical (1930s?), mystery/crime, takes place in "real life", strong bromance) - Other works in the Lost Tomb series (I saw you aIready watched one part so maybe you should try some other as well (here is a list: https://kisskh.at/list/LQJjKvv3 ) I haven't watched these myself but people recommend this quite often and you can ask in the comments in their mdl pages) - White Cat Legend (historical, crime, mystery, fantasy - the bromance wasn't that strong here but I found this hilarious and also enjoyed it a lot (and the main character was so pretty imo, I can't), there's no female love interest) - Mysterious Lotus Casebook (I actually forgot this existed (I haven't finished this yet) but it was okay, the bromance is there but there's also a female love interest (though I have a feeling it's not going anywhere) - wuxia) - Under the Skin (I haven't watched, someone recommended, don't know if it's a good bromance or series - Modern Crime) - Blood of Youth (same as above - Wuxia)
Then I have a few Korean bromances if you'd want to give them a try (these are all in modern settings): - The Devil Judge (my favourite Korean bromance even though there is a female love interest (which doesn't go anywhere though), they are basically married and oh my okgnkegnedkjgn. I really liked these, I should probably rewatch - crime, political) - Bad and Crazy (I liked this a lot, though the bromance here is just bros, nothing even a little romantic - action, mystery, comedy) - Ghost Doctor (I liked this a lot too but this is also only bros, nothing more - hospital setting) - Prison Playbook (I haven't watched but a lot of people recommend) - Goblin (liked the drama but there's not a lot of bromance in my opinion, also it's a hetero romance drama, but people recommend it as a bromance :') - fantasy, romance) - Weak Hero Class 1&2 (never finished this but my socials were full of the bromance thing at a time) - At a distance spring is green (I didn't watch because I was so disappointed this wasn't a BL which it was supposed to be at first - come of age) - Descendants of the sun (haven't watched but got a lot of reccs)
Then you can just watch BLs if you want more... romance
I have a couple of questions... can you watch season 3 without watching the previous seasons? I'd watch it just…
hii, if you like action/crime dramas I would recommend this (all seasons) nevertheless. It's on of my all time favourites and even if you don't end up liking it that much, I think it'd still be a good watch!
someone give me motivation to continue. I'm a few episodes in and struggling so bad. I've read the novel and even though the first book was a little time-consuming for me, I ended up loving the trilogy so much
A masterpiece. This was my first and last Chinese bromance series, I have ever watched. That even the 40 episodes…
Hii, if you want to watch other Chinese bromances, I'd recommend The Untamed (historical fantasy/xianxia), Word of Honor (historical drama/wuxia), The Spirealm (supernatural, horror, mystery) and Justice in the dark (criminal mystery)
I finally got to watch the last episode (got to take distance for some time for my emotions to stable) and I'm so glad I did. I was pissed about a lot of things but at least this wasn't a brainless plot with ten thousand nc scenes but actually a very beautiful (but miserable) story of people that could've really been real. The last scene made me feel like we've got somewhere for the lgbtq+ community and that there is hope for even further development. Thank you for Mile and Apo and other cast as well for working so amazingly to make this such a great show. A very strong 9,5/10
beside first, this drama is my first time watching the other 3 main actors.my favorite character is style. i love…
Hi! I've watched a bunch of Dunk's series and his acting style is just that what you called awkward. He has a different vibe in his acting than I've seen in anyone else's. I got used to it after the first drama and I find it very interesting. No one else had never pointed this out so it was nice to see someone else to notice as well. (also please put the spoiler tag in your comment :))
I'm in the episode 6 and I've been struggling with this for months. I'm honestly only trying because of Fadel. Even though he's not the nicest, he's the only reasonable enough character that I can stand. All the lying makes me feel so unwell and betraying/lying is probably the only trope I hate more than cheating. I love First Khaotung chemistry so much but please give them some characters that are more... normal. Or at least nice enough not to make my skin crawl. Also, Joong is one of my favourite actors so I'm gonna try to get a little further.
Update: It's now about 24 hours later and I just finished the last episode. My watching experience improved a lot after the 6th episode and I ended up liking the series surprisingly much. Joong was absolutely the highlight for the whole show for me. I love his charm so much and his acting is always *chef's kiss*. Kant Bison was also so sweet and their freaky side calmed down a bit so I actually cherished it somewhat more than in the beginning. I'd give 6 for the first 6 episode but a solid 8 for the rest. Not my favourite, but I'm glad I finished it. Now I can focus on JoongDunk's and FirstKhaotung's upcoming(/ongoing) works.
Liked the first episode a lot. I'm a sucker for action dramas (like Taxi Driver, Study Group). It's a plus if it's a bromance (like The Devil Judge, Spirealm, Bad&Crazy) and if it's gay, it's even better (like The Sign). Excited for the next episodes!
