People can wonder why people like a certain drama and share their disliking views to others who disliked it as well. none of this is personal so i dont see a problem with it.
I tried to watch it but I can't seem to get into it :( It looks like its not my cup of teaI'll try again when…
what episode are in? It started off boring for me as well but today, after a long time, i clicked on episode 4 and i'm starting to love it! It might take u some episodes to get u in but if you can't, then yeah its not for u
I LOVE THIS COUPLE!! You know why? They are realistic!!!! I'm not a huge romance advocate but their relationship has a very unique spark. You can see from the little interactions, stares, and smiles that both of them truly care for one another. The relationship is developing more and more through time, they are not just any typical korean drama couple where the the FL and ML fall in love in a short amount of time, instead actually getting to know and understand one another
I love the whole concept of a badass business and romantic duo this drama is going for.
I really want to watch this drama but couldn’t handle watching the first scenes where he speaks in Italian.…
The first scenes is because he's in italy but then he comes to South Korea so not a lot, but a moderate amount. I suggest you try to tolerate it but if you can't, skip those parts. They are not long.
at least jenny is doing some changes- it's not like you can't have the second chance after what you did. this…
Then what is victim blaming? You are literally saying that its Ronas fault for going through all of that.
Lmao you cannot compare Rona to the privileged bullies. You cannot compare her to them. They are nowhere alike.
Yes, her brattiness is nothing. As a normal naive teenager, its completely realistic for her to complain about the family being poor and being thoughtlessly outspoken. She never had a good relationship with her mother because her mother literally never let her talk. She would just have mental breakdowns and screamed at her daughter which obviously led her to have complicated emotions and feelings. As someone who doesn't have the best relationship with my parents, but is still trying to grow and learn, i can completely understand from her perspective. She felt lost and the only passion she had was to sing.
But you know whats the difference? Rona did not go around and be a bitch around other people, she did not want to fuck up someones life. She did feel joy in hurting others. She did kill and laugh and mentally burden someone to torture. She had no seek of revenge besides normal teenage jealousy with your peers in academics and singing.
I'm not saying RoNa is an amazing person -no- but she is nowhere near to evil. Further on in the season, she started to grow and learn from a lot of her mistakes, though she fucks up a lot, you can see that the girl tries and reflects a lot. She started having a better relationship with her mother and now currently its going well. Thats growth and being humble.
Just because the rich kids parents are trash, does not mean that its excusable for them to do something SO inhumane. There are many kids, including me, who grew up in a well off financial family, but have lots mental issues. That does not mean i go around feeling joy and absolute little guilt in others going through worse than me. I do not feel or have any conscious of hurting others, just because i'm hurt.
So no, i have no pity for the rich teens, I would never forgive someone for mentally ruining my life and killing my innocent friend. I would never forgive someone who smiles at others lives getting destroyed. I would never forgive someone, after all this time, still not being able to learn from their terrible, long term, scar filling, stabbing, and inhumane actions.
Its not like these bullies have Schizophrenia or whatever else illness are out there that make you not function properly. The bullies have full conscious and understanding of wrong from right, but they still decide to commit such scrutiny.
And as i have said, as for Jenny, i personally would never forgive her but i cant say anything if Rona does will to forgive her. As long as the victim forgave, thats all that matters.

Victim blaming? If my mom murdered someone (when she of course did not do that deed) and had trauma, that has nothing to do with how the bullies fucking treated me, my mother, and seol ah. Ro Na did not know what her mother went through, she's literally a teenager who only loved singing and wanted to pursue it. If her mother actually talked to her and actually sought to speak to her about what situation she's getting into with the evily privileged people, i'm sure they would have gotten out of this situation. But of course its a makjang so her mother had to get her stupid revenge and now look at them, in this situation where theres no more turning back.
Ro Na might have been a a little bratty in the first season, but she did not purposely cause any of this. She ultimately did not have a good relationship with her mother and her mother did not open up much to her. And no, i don't expect Ro Na to be smart and know about family, rich vs poor, and arch enemy dynamics at 15.
Which leads me back to my original answer - no. I would never forgive any of them.

honestly, if i was ro na, i would have never forgiven any of those bullies. these kids aren't just bullies, they were plain monsters. what they did to ro na and her friend seol ah is way off the league of tolerance. they literally killed a girl.
but if ro na forgave her and is willing to give jenny a second chance, then i have no say in it. but
