I think it honestly has to do with different people and their different set of morals. I think differently.
His intentions before officially liking her was never that deep tbh. He honestly was just playing around with her to annoy Suho, that basically led him to just stop a few days later. Even Jugyeong and Soojin knew themselves that he was just acting dramatic to infuriate someone. Its not like he manipulated Jugyeong and went on dates with her and told her he loved her and all that, he acted friendly to her for the sake of Suho but then they later find out their families are close which led him and Jugyeong to be more comofortable with eachother naturally. Jugyeong was honestly very comfortable with him and she asked him for advice and all that, she just acted awkward around suho because he was her crush and u cant act natural with a person u like lol.
For Suho, no of course i think that he and Jugyeong are meant for eachother. They obviously connected so much more deeply and Jugyeong even forgot sometimes about Seojun so i cannot ship them or even see Seojun as a chose for her at all.

to be fair, seojun rightfully knew that suho liked jugyeong but their friendship was basically broken at that time so he considerably did not give a fuck about suho and his feelings. rightfully so, suho didn't care either and he started taking step towards jugyeong as well. so i can't really blame either of the guys,both of the guys decided to further meddle with the girl knowing that ur ex friend likes ur crush. their friendship was not their priority, so if i had an ex friend, where i broke off with him/her through terrible circumstances, i probably would not care either and go along with liking the same guy, even though its probably the worst decision to make, but still, reasonable, maybe not for adults, but teens? yeah.
