That drama, unlike Provoke, managed to keep me interested till the end. While Provoke vired into "white bread cdrama" territory this shorty here remained faithful to its core flavour (unapologetically spicy and burning) and edginess. ML was toxic and he never lost his personality, no boring childhood "past love" to make things sweet btw them and innocent. No, we are just dealing with two ADULTS and NOTHING between them screams "innocent". And we can see that in the intensity of their intimate scenes : WOW !! Just WOW no comment... I wish the ending would have been kept more simple but I don't regret watching that guilty pleasure. Would I recommend it ? No but lord was I entertained !
I strongly believe they actually died and this is a case of doppelgangers living different lives
Maybe the flasbacks are just scenes added by the director only for the viewers and to show this is the conclusion of the drama ? Those shots are way too lethal nobody can survive those. Girl literally massacred him in the church ! She left him no chance ! And a shot in the head ? Come on unless you are robotcop you cannot comeback from that !

I don't know honestly. I thought they did like in Maid's revenge's ending where the ML is dead and what we got was another man looking like him ? There is no way anybody would survive those shots.
The main leads acting and chemistry were really really good. The storyline was not boring at all. Could be better but managed not to be a bore. The ending imo they are not actually XHY and GM but different people that look like them but that live different lives

Well MR male lead was less damaged/damaging than this one here for sure but I think the writing for this drama is more solid than MR's. Sure the amnesia thing is overboard but it fits the title of the show so I guess there is a coherence here concerning the storyline -sometimes I felt MR's main characters' motivations of doing certain things were kinda weak. Plus things unfold more logically in COL than in Maid's Revenge.
