Even for a quality drama like this a better actor was needed. He has that slightly-opened-mouth expression (Dilreba suffers that habit as well) constantly and it is distracting.

I agree I prefer the longer short dramas cause there is more development and time to dwelve into the character.

I had a blast with the heroine and her banter with the hero who was her husband's son. I wished episodes were longer.
Anyway this one is ending soon and this show the Cheng Xi song's hero plays the emperor. From thd snippet it seems he challenged himself with this role that seems intriguing. Hope he does well in it. Drama is filled with Kwashiou actors/actresses. Kwashiou are
upping their game.
