Rich conglomerate people around the world think of themselves as don't-take-a-shit-anymore gods that can get away with anything. So I guess it is the same (maybe more intense as shown with the bullying culture) in strong hierarchy and success based society such as Korea.
I remember watching a video of a 14 year old girl that got savagely beaten by five other girls of 14 and 13 and was left almost dead in an alley. She was found a few hours later by a woman who was passing by. Guys bullying in countries like Korea or Japan are no joke... kids that bulliy are as heartless as cartel criminals
