I mean if the likes of Wallace Chung still gets to play loverboys MLs at almost 50 or people are willing to waste roles on Feng Xiao Feng what about Nicolas Tse ? I always found he looked gorgeous with glory manes while wearing a costume (I cannot forget him in Handsome siblings). And I am sure with him fighting scenes won't be wasted.

ML is in trouble cause pariah here got Liu Yi Fei face and body. And behind all of those harsh words in the beginning I could smell some desire. And Xiao Long Nu and Yang Guo sure got chemistry the type I like that has been lacking in cdramaland lately : sensual, mature and well balanced (so far both sides are strong). Indeed both actors being in their mid 30's and exprerienced they perfectly succeed in displaying that s*x appeal only by being in the same room (the other couple of actors in their 20's that worked like that for me recently was the main pair in the drama Ancient Detective)

She is gorgeous with those eyes and lips. She is one of those rare actresses in China related entertainment I really think got a nice body (slim but curvy and well proportioned) with the likes of Ady An (the most beautiful Taiwanese actress with great curves imo) and Kate Tsui (the sultry assassin in 14 blades and she won miss HK 2004)

Love how in this drama FL is young but not immature nor childish (partly thanks to her background). So far LYF here is a reminiscence of the heroines back in the 60's til the ealy to mid 00's.
And isn't it cool to have the right Xiao Long Nu paired with the right Yang Guo here ?

Liu Yi Fei is so beautiful and She and Chen Xiao got actual chemistry ! She has matured as an actress. I liked the fight scene in the teahouse. Well filmed.
So far drama is interesting. Both ML and FL are smart and efficient at what they do. Both got their stories. Hopefully it gets even better.
