I also submitted a request to move Heo Nam Jun from the supporting character category to the main lead category. He is 4th in the billing order, whereas Jung Eun Chae is a major supporting character, not a main lead.

This drama is a true masterpiece. Although the first half of EP 2 was a bit slow, it was crucial for setting up the plot. ML finds himself trapping in his own plan, with Lee Sang taek ruining all his carefully laid plan. While ML tries to pin the blame on Lee Sang taek, but Kim Kang heon is aware that the car's driver has asthma which means the truth is bound to come out soon. Ho Yeong's asthma will play a big role in uncovering the truth.

The second half was incredibly intense. The reaction of the mafia family to their beloved son's death was genuinely terrifying. The mother's furious anger, the brother's bloodthirsty desire for revenge and the sister's emotional breakdown, contrasted with the father's dont know how to react to situation, all showed just how far these characters will go to punish the culprit behind the accident. The acting by the sister and mother in their respective scenes was exceptional.

The last scene really blew my mind. It sent chills down my spine, from ML's guilt over the grandmother and granddaughter to his shocked reaction to the sudden explosion. This scene was masterfully executed and gave me goosebumps all over my body.

They have different statue of limitations for different crimes, in general it is 10yrs. But i remember watching signal kdrama where they had 15yrs of statue of limitations. I guess later they changed it to 25yrs.

Plot is great, acting is great but editing is just worst. They were just throwing scenes after scenes, transition from one scene to another was jarring.

Im so glad iconic shows like Goblin, Reply 1988, Strong Girl Bong soon, Flower of Evil etc werent released 2023-24 because they would have faced the wrath of haters with fake IDs and review bombing.

MDL has become incredibly toxic nowadays. Instead of enjoying their own favorite shows, people just spread hate in the comment sections of other popular shows. These haters are so obsessed that they cant even enjoy their own favorites. Their only aim is to spread negativity.

Someone already mentioned (in below comments) that most directors are often harsh and strict, much like strict teachers. They may speak harshly, but their goal is to bring out the best in the actors and the show. They don't do it for personal satisfaction. Without this strictness, actors might not listen, and the director wouldn't be able to bring out their best. Only because he was harsh was he able to bring out every side of Sol so beautifully onscreen. He projected KHY in a way that we instantly fell in love with her. Furthermore, KHY is on good terms with him and even calls him appa. So why criticize him when KHY herself has no issue with his methods?

Knetz are themselves very obsessed with beauty standards, and now they are bashing him. It looks absolutely hypocritical of them. I mean, it's because of them that there are some toxic beauty standards set everywhere, but now they will make a villain out of him.

I was also worried about that rapi*t guy's scenes but since he didn't even appear for more than 5 minutes in the whole 2 episodes, there wasn't much disturbance from him. I ignored his scenes and didn't even feel like I missed anything.

Additionally, let actual fans of the drama enjoy it and have discussions, which they currently cant do because of the toxic atmosphere in the comment section. This comment is for both drama fans and certain genre fans who are at war.

Oh, finally it's peaceful here. It seems like the war has stopped. Now I can actually talk about the drama. I really liked the first two episodes. I started watching it for Bong Jaehyun because I liked him in twinkmelon and I didn't have any particular interest in ML guy, but he's a solid actor. Jaehyun's role is also quite mysterious, which I enjoyed. The content was engaging, there wasn't any moment where I felt like I should fast forward. So, this is a solid 8.5 for me right now. I'm quite excited for the upcoming episodes.

Note: I was holding myself back from saying anything about the drama because I thought people might attack me for liking this show. I was worried they might label me as a homophobe or someone who supports a rapist. I've had enough drama in my real life, so I didn't want more drama here, which is why I've been quiet for the last two days. Honestly, from an outsider's perspective, certain genre fans seem quite negative. They aren't interested in the drama, they aren't fans of it, they want to boycott it, but they still harass others by calling them homophobes. This is just a suggestion: please don't do that because people like me try to avoid the comment section, and you create a very negative impression of that particular genre's fans. Again it's just a suggestion, so please don't attack me.

It's okay, I know not all BL fans are like that person, but from the many comments I read today, many from the same side seemed to be harassing some people by calling them homophobes. Yes, even a few people from the other side also attacked them, which was quite wrong, but as I can see, some BL fangirls started this phenomenon first. Some even exposed them, so I don't know whom to believe, but at least for now, those 4-5 BL fangirls seem more at fault.

They didnt live together but ML again forces MC to sleep with him by blackmailing. There is big angst coming up, lpt of things happen like there was one shaman guy who tells ML that MC is alive somewhere then thwy went to find MC's og missing body etc. But in the end they get reunited.

If you hsve read novel then u will realise, how UP is portraying character is not even 10% of how og ML was. I dont get any gong ML vibes from him. He looks quite weak.

Most of ppl who are liking his acting have been adjusted to thai dramas and their type of acting. Like if you read comments then you will realise, most of them are just fujoshis who ships M|M relationshio. Im not against bl, coz i myself enjoy BLs, but fujoshis are blind, they cant see if acting/plot is good or not, as long as visuals are serving they will hype anything and everything. Thats how thai bls works.
