I dont really understand why people are saying that jiun is dumb or has amnesia.
He saw dami when she had already completed changing her clothes and assumed that she is a woman (not that he is wrong) but dami didnt say anything if she is a woman or not, infact she didnt say a word about it. Also half the time they were running and chased do you think he will remember her after seeing her after so long.
I also think that he recognizes dami from the forest but now he thinks that she was actually a man and he was wrong that he considered her as a woman when he saw her in woman's clothes but there was no time for them to talk about that as they were chased.
And who would in their right mind have thought that the crown prince is a woman in the joseon era unless they have enough proof and not just a faint memory

He actually did give up his noble title not officially but unofficially after whatever his father did and i do believe there is much to the story of him giving up other than the fact that his father killed an innocent girl. I had read a spoiler long back about it but i am not sure about it if tgey will include it. He himself have said in ep 10 i think, that he lives as a nomad. It can be seen through his voice tone that is slightly modern and his hanbooks too that are pretty simple and plain than other noblemen in the drama. Also if you have noticed he didnt wear hatstring before he became a Royal tutor but now he does. Thus, he is actually not supposed to give noble vibes.
Meanwhile, for hyun there wasnt much change in his lifestyle other than the fact that he knows about the
CP's secret and falls in love with her.

He havent specifically said that, i was actually using it hypothetically. He already had feelings for a woman when he was a child and he obviously (because that is the plot)is gonna accept the cp when they reveal that they are a woman.
I would rather say i was giving a term to his feelings for another person as jiwoon of joseon era wouldnt know the words we use now to represnt one's sexual orientation.

First, sexual orientation is a personal experience.
You are gay, because you believe you are
You are straight, because you believe you are
You are bi, beacuse you believe you are
You are pan, because you believe you are
No other person has a say in it
Just beacuse hyun and eunuch knows the cp is a woman doesnt make jiwoon straight.
He very conciously declared his feeling for cp knowing that that they are a man and that makes him gay because he himself believes so.
So what hyun thinks or eunuch thinks about jiwoon's sexuality doesnt matter if he thinks he has fallen for a man then he is gay.
And in future episodes, when he gets to know that the cp is a woman and if he belives he can accept the cp whether they are a man or woman ( which he will most definitely) then he is bisexual

As you are historical drama liker i would like to tell you that this isnt a traditional saeguk it is a fusion saeguk and a romance saeguk. Many a times you will see that the royal etiquettes and manners are breached especially by the male lead( that is how is character is written actually) to support the narrative of the story. And yes the acting is good.

CP looking feminine is a part of the story plot otherwise howcome people will suspect she is a woman. It is pointed out in the drama that the CP has features of the woman by some characters which is gonna be one of the key to reveal her identity in the future.
I dont think the story will go till the part of producing the heir. As of now, the CP's only intention is to secure her position as the future King and delaying the marriage would have given a chance for her enemies to loosen it. Thus, the decision of her getting married.

Dont really know what will happen because the poster does show that the cp gets married and also in the manga the cp gets married and has a queen.

For you it might be cheating, for some it might be matter of realization of their gender identity . Like i said there will be two types of people who will say it is cheating(like you) and one who will still love the person.

Okay, this is the last time i am gonna explain. When people
say "love regardless of gender" or "love beyond gender" doesnt mean they are
negating the gender of that person. The words doesnt have to be taken literally.
For example,
1)Some people will be like ohh she is a girl and i like girls so they get sexually attracted to them and fall in love with them and vice a versa.
2) Some people fall in love with that persons habits, their gestures and at that time they dont distinguish them as ohh he is a man or ohh he is a woman. They first fall in love and then while doing that they accept the gender of that person. And in case after sometime if the person you have fallen in love with says that no my gender is actually this
and not this then there are two cases
1) where you will be disappointed and stop loving them
2) where you will still love them and accept
their new gender identity and this is what is called "love regardless of gender"
where they are not really negating their gender identity but just accepting it.

As of now she wants to be the crown prince, there are many reasons
1) To survive: for a person who wasnt supposed to exist in the first place in this world survival is the only thing that keeps them going
2) She cant abdicate the throne just like that. It is risky, as soon as she does that it is like calling death wish upon yourselves and everyone near her
3) Her grandfather: that man who didnt hesitate to kill his twin grand daughter what do you think he will do
when his grandson will abdicate the throne??
4) Her mother's wish for her to see living
5) She wants to remain crown prince to be able to make her father accept her and make him proud even if then she have to reamain as a his son and not his daughter. She longs for his love.
6) Responsibility, no matter what she knows she is responsible for her country, even if she is a replacement of her brother in the sense she is the real crown prince now.

Lastly, the cp was bound to get married delaying it will only loosen her position to become the future king because her enemies are just waiting for that chance also her grandfather insisting and jiwoon is one of the reason for that. Ofcourse it is gonna tie a new person's fate to her tragic one but then what is a drama when there is actually no drama.
