To those who have condemned the female lead as evil—branding her a villain for endangering the male lead and…
what?? people are calling fml heartless??? since episode one she feels guilty of hurting women and breaking up families... like she went running to fu yunxi's house after she find out he had a kid, afraid her actions might have put the kid in danger and in other episodes also she could always put herself in the position of others to understand where they are coming.
and even with all the pain and all the loneliness she must be feeling she's still wouldn't put anyone in danger -- and even if she did, she would try to save them.
It seems to be a trend. Every time a drama is ending a lot of negativity emerges.Do you all have a lot of unrealistic…
tbh I feel like others period dramas are usually tagged as "revenge dramas" but what you have is actually the 3 first episodes focusing on the revenge part and the rest of the script is worried about how to make the main couple get together.
and this one strikes different (for me) because I actually couldn't care less if they are going to stay together or not, I just want the female lead to get what she desires.
and people might come to this drama thinking they live in a bubble and that "love fix everything" but it does not and it shouldn't be always like this in fictional stories.
so I totally agree with your take. you should watch the glory if you have the stomach to take it, if not, than just go watch one of the other 20-similar-plot-revenge-drama

just finished episode 12. this whole series is giving me goosebumps i have no idea what might happen next. just wish that the script continues to be this intriguing 😭

oh I truly get it now!! I was confused what exactly was his priority, investigating the fml or Pei Dafu, and if he thought she somehow might be involved.
As explained above, but the Palace is searching for the adopted son because after Pei’s death, the Emperor’s…
