it's ok if you disagree :) i just have the feeling they don't know how to deal with time anymore: scenes are shorter and shorter and then they just jump to something unrelated and go back to it later.

in episode 5 for example they had a short moment at the beach, then it gets cut to a short scene of them with the crew in the mountains, then it gets cut to another short scene of him going to find her in the mountains, then another short scene of them talking about the past. and then another and another short scene. i think progression is weird and i do believe is a common point in kdramas the last few years. but that doesn't mean the story is bad or the acting isn't good. i just think production is lacking lol

kdramas these past years... i don't know how to put in words but the production seems so... poor? here every character has a nice story to tell and i am enjoying it but idk it's like the editor just picked some scenes and that's it. there's no glue, no connection between things.

hahaha totally! i didn't continue the novel because i think i got a bit caught up with the cast and i can't imagine any woman leaving zlh orrrr he becoming an aggressive father. i'm so glad is not the same hahahaha

1st they turned this into a love triangle when seon u in the first episode even tells darim to find a rich husbans in jeju?

then they add all these moms who are really nice and they could've so much address the issues of being a mom in confucianism society (cowards!) and they could've also brought the topic "being with a divorcee and a single parent" drama for hayoung

even the villainess (who lack braincells) could've been developed in the line "now you don't have to be perfect, you can be good" :: and on a sideline HOW is she so incompetent with a marketing degree... fashion kids? wtf? green washing is like a big thing for marketing these days ffs

and last but not least: the female lead? like a few people pointed out, she just forgetting her sister? for a kiss? and the love of her life getting amnesia and she just moving on? errrrrrr embarrassing honestly

i just can't get over how they ruined this

WHY just WHY are you going to add all these charismatic characters if you don't plan to develop them ffs

yeah... i have an impression this is going to be one of those early game kinda of good drama

and 2fl IS SO NICE and so fun ffs it would've been way better the 2ml in a conflict of letting another woman in his life after the divorce and seeing jun getting close to 2fl......... they had such a potential

and.... it would be way better than him finding out at his own... the angst is coming at it will hurt.
