I think its up to ep 33. I've lost momentum now anyway with zero inferest in ep 34.

No I'd keep it for another day. I have 4 Kdramas to finish and 2 to start.

He is on I may love you which just started. I am heading there. I also just finished " Hello, I am at your service ", before this drama. So thank god for that. I will finish this drama and scrub it from my brain after that.

Please do not read on further if you were swooning over episode 32.

Is the writer for real? How OLD is the writer? How immature does she think her audiences are?

We waited 31 episodes with only 2 badly executed kisses that were so badly filmed that for once I can barely remember them.

Then she gives 3. However they were not kisses a couple share because they were in love with each other. After 31 episodes of an immature FL we continue the trend but now the ML has lost his senses.

# 1 was her making him prove his love. Hence the kiss in public. She waited so long to tell him and make up with him to prove her sincerity but then it becomes a control thing. That he listens to her to prove his " love." Hence the popcorn and public kiss.

#2 was a pure show of power of him over ex. Its like watching a badly enacted romance novel. Even his hands pinning her hands was it. The lighting. Filming again via reflective surfaces for 2 kisses. The haziness. The director might have thought it looked romantic I thought it was such poor professional judgement.

#3 A hickey? The writer thought a hickey was exciting? Like a plot point exciting? That's to prove his power over her. Did the writer think it was romantic he wanted to prove to the world that she was his? I am laughing so hard at this point. Even a teenager won't think like that. Hickeys are meant to signify passion during foreplay etc. I now recall a colleague who was usually a showy sort of person. She was drapped in designer wear head to toe when she came to work. I now recall she literally deliberately gave a ring of hickey onto her boyfriend once. She boasted about it and I was absolutely turned off. I recall what happened it wasn't done in a moment of passion. It was done deliberately.

At this point I am not even saying I like the drama or not. I am now saying I am kinda mind blown how bad the writer is. I hung on for the actors but honest to god I'd remember this drama now for all the wrong reasons.

There are some of us who actually appreciate a good drama for their good writing. Unbelievable how she absolutely wasted the cast. However the director played a huge part. Its not even as if it's avant-garde oran artistic drama with moody lighting or something. I just watched another drama this month where the directing was done movie style with a diffierent sort of lighting etc. It was excellent. The filming was so good.

I am not even going to talk much about Shanshan or what'shername. The writer wrote her character her purely to make salicious remarks. In novels she would be like a sex addict that manipulates men. Do some of you have friends who can only talk about sex? Or only interested in those matters? I don't but I certainly have colleagues who do.

Like I said my mind is blown. I have been reading some good books the last week. Its
glaringly obvious contrasting good and bad logic in dramas vs books.

By the way in case you guys think I only write negative reviews then you are mistaken. I have swooned as much as anyone else when the couple has chemistry and when they kiss its because the story progression calls for it and its the correct moment.

I haven't read Cdrama scripts before but I was given some Korean drama scripts before when I was doing Korean drama translations. So I have seen the scene setting and actors lines etc. Would Cdramas be much different? I have read scripts before as well for some English plays. I watch dramas for relaxation but its just coincidental that I do love the written word way before I discovered dramas. I read a lot as you have all now discovered that's all and I was checking my own judgement to see if I was able to pin point the issue that bugged me.

Honestly. I will watch ep 33. Might as well since we know the ending. I am honestly just impartially curious now how much more bad writing the writer will do.

In the meantime I am going back to my ebook. I waited so long for this reconciliation and this is the big finale I was waiting for?

Thanks for the heads up. If the A1 translation is so bad I'd watch it raw. I was lazy because my Mandarin ain't great but with bad subs I can watch it with no subs.

Fast forward or choose another drama. I made the mistake of starting it when it aired. The way they got together is not a very good way for anyone to communicate. The push- pull method by the writer is just terrible writing. Find another drama. Both leads have had better romances in other dramas.

Or fast forward. There is nothing much to see. The 3rd couple is actually the best even though that actor also has better romance elsewhere. In summary if you're at episode 10; leave.

Its legal. I have just learnt to live with it.

The illegal streaming sites have too many delays while my AdBlocker is on and there are pop ups. I am so behind in my other dramas that I am onto my 3rd ebook while waiting for ep 32- 36. 2 new Kdramas just started with 2 good actresses. Why don't you start that?

I like being able to move back and forth on viki with my videos so even though I am not happy I actually prefer watching dramas when its actually a legal site.

There subs for ep 32 to 36 are not having English subs. It was released on the 22nd with no subtitles.

I thought the hundreds of comments on this thread was honest.

Is this in the special episode? I am waiting till ep 36 is subbed. I have watched up to episode 36. I still don't know where to watch the special episode.

Will viki screen bonus episodes? Gosh darn it. I am a viki QC but not familiar enough with Cdramas. They don't necessarily give specials episodes in Kdramas.

I read the other posts in this thread. I am just going to leave her/him alone. They have anyone not praising the drama as an anti. I just finished ep 31. I do use subtitles but when I want to know know something I can watch both Korean and Chinese dramas raw. I am stopping at ep 31 and willwait for subs since I now know what's happening. No mad rush.

I laughed when I read this reply. Thats because I just came online for spoilers and replied the latest post. I didn't realize you guys have been engaging in this debate for so long.

Why is he/she defending this drama so staunchly? I like and also dislike dramas depending on the plot, directing or acting. I sometimes dislike the costumes. Why are we made to feel as if we have to love this drama? All I can see when I come to this thread is that there is no logical sense in the argument. You state a premise. Support your argument then do a conclusion. However the conclusion here is nuts. Why am I am anti-fan? I am just not a fan of the writing. We are not comparing it to another work or even exaggerating the examples we use. In fact a lot of people are not comparing.

Why antagonise random strangers online. It just bugs me because its what I do at work. Analysis data or information and form a conclusion. All the arguments that we are anti- fans? Like does she derive satisfaction from name calling?

I am replying that you cannot have definitions of 2 words and you conclude that your context is correct in defining that critical posts here are from anti. However you have a perfect right to say what you said and I also have s right to say your conclusion is incorrect for me. I won't answer for others who may actually be making posts parodying the story.

I actually won't bother engaging further in this line of conversation. I actually came to find out if there were more spoilers online. I will see the ending as I actually want to see how they reconcile and what they actually do with ep 36.

I know what an anti is. However saying that anyone criticising a drama is an anti is different from someone mocking or parodying it. We are not making a more humourous or making or doing something more from the plot line.

I am not doing any parody comparison from this drama. I am doing a straight forward criticism about the writing. An analysis of what's missing. There is no parody.

Its been a long time since I went through what a critical analysis essay is in uni. But you defining 2 words then concluding the posts here as coming from anti- fans? Snort.

I am not a fan of the writing here. As long as we actually state the facts and not attacking other posters I don't see why we can't state our opinions.

I actually happen to like fluffy dramas that relaxes me. However fluffy dramas can also be excellent dramas. The plot is there, the cast has good chemistry, the directing is good, the costumes are nice or appropriate, the cinematography is smooth and lighting is adequate. I settle back and enjoy my fluffy drama.

This drama has cast famous actors. Well half of them. They did it in a business settings and made the FL an intelligent, well read and financially savvy. The writer chucked in a rich and clever young man.

That was it. They have not thought beyond it.


Parody? What parody? I cannot exaggerate the story to make it humourous. Now that you mentioned it there is no humour in this show. The only parody this show has is that it TRIES to exaggerate beyond belief the push and
pull concept in romance. You mean this show did a poor parody of what a tsundere mail and reverse harem drama is like?
