Qin Shiyue might end up as one of my favourite supporting characters. She is absolutely sweet.

Case in point. He gave her a clear hint in the office and girl walks away. I had to double check it finishes in 6 more episodes. The writer is appalling.

I waited over several episodes for Yu You to soften but when it did at the hospital and now in ep 29 I was wondering what missed. What did I miss? Huh? When did he suddenly look as if he is interested?

I am totally over SS. I liked her in Falling for your smile and totally can't stand her here.

I am not even commenting on the main couple. Waste of my time. I have no hopes in that direction.

I just finished ep 27 and 28- still meandering along. No actual cliffhangers or plot movement and devices.

What is LIS?

That's what I feel like watching. Like the director is giving instructions. No inhalation. No exhalation. Just press lips lightly against each other. Hold until " cut " is called.

Oh yeah forgot about the actress girlfriend.

They did? Really? I hope so because the 2 kisses so far are so limp. 2 beautiful people and no sexual desire? I don't normally even write such things but Shi Yan is so restrained to the point of being a saint. And Shu Yi who has had a boyfriend for years is behaving like a girl who has never had a long term relationship. Might as well call it having a male friend. That's how much physicality there is. I've heard of complacence but have no clue how a 25 year old female who has been with a guy be so clueless in a relationship. She was with the ex for at least 3 years right?

Can someone tell me what happened with the secretary Qin reveal please? Or which episode and minute?
I have stopped since ep 24 and waiting for the idiocy to end before picking up. I can't do it until they resolve this whole lying issue.

I just want to see how Shi Yue does with Yu You. Thank you.

Don't watch this till it ends. I actually came because I like the 3rd male lead. The writing is really bad but salvageable because of the cast but wait till it ends. So you can fast forward. Its very bad mildang/ push pull.

Ok. At least you're definite. I will go catch up on my other dramas and put this on hold then till ep 32 if I can have enough self- control.

And surely someone will comment about my summary. Yeah well everyone's brain thinks differently. There are days I manage a big department and there are issues everywhere and its easier to prioritise which is important and I was wondering if it was my imagination that all these needs resolution in 14 episodes. Surely not. Right?

I actually went to double check its 36 episodes. They have been dwelling on Shu Yi falling for Shi Yan because he was rich for the last 4 episodes.

Does anyone have spoilers on the upcoming episodes? Or from the novel?

The next episodes are 3 days away. I am not literally dying to find out but can't go back to double check if Shu Yi was over thinking things. I don't recall the part where she started going for SY because of the ex. Why is the ex even in the picture?

I can't even recall which company the other Qin girl is working at. 24 episodes in and they are rehashing the past. One ex, Bruce and Yi Yang later I don't even recall the first 6 episodes.

What movement have we have so far?

Shi Yan has asked SY to be his girlfriend but she is keepjng it a secret from everyone. I don't even know the reason.

She told her mum but mum still pushing her with Yu You because she thinks Shu Yi is lying. They really don't have any photos together right?

Yu You alluded in ep 23 that he likes Shu Yi but she doesn't like him. Qin Yue is still chasing but he just told her no right in episode 24.

The upcoming wedding will see the ex- BF and new GF meeting with Shu Yi.

Guan Ji likes Baoshan but can't decide if he wants to go further. However BS wants him to be committed and they have had several one night hook ups.

The Elder Guan and the Chief Editor appears randomly but no progress on their relationship.

Yi Yang is #4 male on the scene.

Sorry guys. I haven't time to think where this drama was going and I needed to summarise it before I forget as I now have 20 episodes from 6 dramas to catch up on. I've been busy with work.

Epusode 30 is out with subs. Yay!I can finally see the actor in a happy ending. The first and last time I saw him was when he was the doctor fiance that died. Yup. Traumatic as I liked him more than the main lead.

This drama was annoying as all heck as they gave too much screen time to the ex and the sister. I actually like the actress in the historical drama something Holmes.

Hahaha. That's one of a multitude of issues.

Oops. So did I. I forgot about it too.

I was too busy trying to work out if I understood something wrongly. Those remarks that she was attracted to Yi Yang.

Btw I disliked the remarks about Shi Yan being rich in the last 2 episodes. Its so crude. I think that might have hit a nerve with me with the implications that's how girls behave in China. Marriage is not respected and mistresses are ok. I've seen a few marriages ruined when guys go to China as expats. Yes it takes 2 to tango but it does seem more common. I've also read articles about the younger generation's consumerism. It sometimes makes me cringe when I hear this as I am East Asian as well.

This is the break up episodes . Its even in the airing schedule as a break up episode.

Episodes 25 and 26 aired. Thank goodness. I am waiting for episode 30

Episode 21 and 22 done. Can anyone speculatehow Yu You will accept the young girl?

And also- how many good looking young guys could this show cast?
