Did you bother checking? I haven't even watched episode 17. They dropped ep 18-24. Its only like whatever hours post airing. Some of us haven't watched anything!!!

Don't worry I already had my rant. That TJ person who was giving explicit details drove me insane. I actually wanted to find out about episode 18 but everything was about episode 24.

I truly enjoy watching the actors playing GSG and GYZ with SGQ- forget her initials. Their interactions and the way its filmed is just so satisfying to watch .

I am here because of the fine acting and the decent fight scenes. I must admit the cinematography and the winter landscapes are just luscious.

Yeah all those with time to watch ep 18-24 in one hit? I don't have an iQiyi or WeTV subscription for these reasons. I won't ever get work or housework done if I have access to countless dramas.

The only thing making me appear sane is that the job application is truly difficult so I can't concentrate on this show. I watch dramas for escapism but its a bit hard to be distracted when people are being betrayed, tortured and killed left, right and centre. But everyone is right, I would avoid the director's next work.

Yeah well since I am not heavily invested in the main couple I wasn't as devastated . Pissed off for sure but seriously Cdramas writers are so consistently with being unable to perform closure to a drama.

I am still doing my job application today so that will take my mind off things thank goodness. At least its a difficult job to apply for with so many requirements that I have to focus. The thing is I really like dark, ruthless GSJ. I really do.

Well I was waiting for episode 17 but it now looks like I can wait till next week to watch episodes 17-24. I swear to God there should a requiremen that writers does happy or sad. And if sad kill the character.


My understanding is that they won't have another bride selection for another 20 years. So 2 of the current lineages who had the 2 assassin's as wives are stuck.

This drama. Made me dig up my profile which I've had for years and don't comment.

I am not a profound person. I don't analyse in depth. I also don't like palace dramas because its torture and pain and so many die.

This is a wuxia drama right? So since almost over 90% of any wuxia and xianxia dramas end their last episode badly. And this is a drama that has assassins. Just confirming its going to be a dark sort of drama? I didn't check this drama out before hand. Ive just marathoned 16 episodes in 2 days so am a bit sleep deprived in between work.

How in the world did this drama end up casting such great acting from actors? I only recognise 3 actors and of all things that shallow character from the actor playing SG to this SG character which is so dark. Wow. I am actually watching this with dreaded anticipation for his character. Characters like these never get a good ending do they? I can't work out if I like his character or
it's the actor playing it so well that I care for the character. I did tell you I don't know Cdramas aand names well. I think I fast forwarded one of his dramas. Something General. GSG is certainly a meatier character. I really love his minute
emotions on his face.

The director does great directing and pacing in all the scenes. I like the pacing in this drama. Even the scenes and background is just so meticulous.

I even admire the actress playing the sister and that Guardian guard.

Because I am not going to discuss the plot point because well its too deep and profound for me to even spend time thinking about it. I just needed to jettison my emotions from being sucked into this drama. I am normally a Korean rom com sort of watching. And normally won't even go near dramas like this. After all the crap Cdramas I've seen where they drop details or have nonsensical plot points I am kinda kinda mindblown.


Sorry. Needed to vent because I have to now spend the next 2 days doing a job application. Here I am about to sound professional while addressing the job criterias and all I can think about is GSG. Hence the offload of emotions. So I can concentrate on being a rational professional. Lol.
