ohm missing from the cast definitely removes the star factor this series was gonna pull me in for but im still happy for aouboom getting the lead roles. now sadly poor leng is the one without any leading roles. gmmtv keeps disappointing me lately but caving into toxic fans' demands is just the worst. leng had so much potential as an actor now he's gonna be left stranded until god knows when.
honestly a huge disappointment if ohm isn't in this one anymore. i didn't even know leng was being harassed for being paired with ohm. what's wrong with this industry and its fans demanding a fixed ship? move on already omg its just acting...
Expressed Consent is an interesting tag. Does it just mean verbal consent was given/expressed?When clicked it…
yup. consent is a very common theme in the show. the cut version is the youtube one but it seems to remove non NC scenes as well so i suggest watching the iqiyi one and just skip the NC scenes when they come on.
james made more sense in this role but oh well. hopefully ill grow to like jj in this role. usually im open to new ships but jj seems like a mismatch for net based on the pilot trailer.
May I know what Q's are, and how many are there usually in a series?
it really depends on each drama and how many shooting locations it'll have but usually it's around Q40. i truly do wonder if this drama will actually air in july-sept as said by DMD
he looked soooo good in paradise of thorns. didn't even realize it was him in khemijra. i definitely prefer his bare face in paradise of thorns over the dolled up one in khemijra but woah, he probably has the most insane face card
didn’t expect the show to be such a cute watch for the plot it had. the production quality was amazing. the second half of the show went beyond my expectations. my only gripe will be that first half felt a bit lacking at times and could be much more messy and fun.
still a fun show and the leads 100% sold it. thomas is seriously a one good looking guy.
really loved it. had me on the edge the entire time. the production, the casting and the acting was on point.
the only aspect i didn't like was the romance. the leads' chemistry was too good for them to neglect the romance. i really liked how it was developing but i feel like the romance was ultimately sacrificed to make more space for the plot. i wish they could add more screentime for some proper romance as well.
anyways, will miss this series a lot. i've known jj and tor for so long and it felt like a fever dream to see them as a pairing for a bl.
this was such a good watch. 100% recommend it. quite light compared to the series but still very emotional.
if you've watched the movie and not the series, i'd definitely recommend watching the series as well. my personal favorite arc was the main male lead's struggle with his mother due to his identity and it's explored and done much better in the series.
It’s good but hugely feels like wasted potential to me. Feels even more disappointing after how strong the first…
also wish that diva at the very start wasn’t killed off. i feel like she could’ve brought so much more fun and drama compared to the others that were given more screen time.
It’s good but hugely feels like wasted potential to me. Feels even more disappointing after how strong the first season was throughout its entire run. This season started off strong and with a good direction. Mid way I was questioning why it was so non eventful and felt… purposeless. It felt like it lost the purpose this second season was made for. It only got back up at the very end for a very fantastic climax. I wish the show was more like this with Gihun trying to constantly find ways to stop the game with his ideals being at play. Initially, he did just that but mid way he somewhat stopped and I just found it very odd that Seong Gihun did not do more plotting to stop the game.
My biggest complain will be that they did not do character introductions for the main cast like in season 1. You feel very disconnected because you can’t really get a feel on the hardships they went through so anyone’s death just doesn’t hit the same as in the first season because there’s barely any character development. If this cast was going to carry forward to the next season, they should have easily given some of the first two episodes’ time to briefly introduce the main cast like in season 1.
I only liked Hyenju and Geumja this time around. Rest of the cast was so weirdly one dimensional. The character writing shows such a noticeable contrast in quality between the first and second season.
The production was amazing as usual but the writing just frustrates me because this season could easily be as good as the first one with adjustments.
That said, I am looking forward to the next season. I seriously hope they tie up the story well.

praying for a s2 or a new drama with them!!
