ShiBa drawing of ChangGe... hahahaha https://share.api.weibo.cn/share/216102013.html?weibo_id=4626643875006907
No matter the face, only MOLE is real xD Shiba is another favorite character of mine! I love how she's just like the manhua. Changge thought she couldn't speak xD and Shiba said because it wasn't necessary, I died X"DD
Hao Du is a comedy character to me tbh. Constantly chasing Changge with no avail XD everytime I think of his chase,…
You're welcome. Maybe the production changed the story in order not to get blocked by chinese censorship. I heard they are really strict, so portraying their glorious Tang's scheme and enemy tribe's glory would give the censor board more reasons to block it.
I don’t like Haoduo’s father. He is still scheming without the emperor ‘s knowledge to kill Changge. The…
They were portrayed more honorably in manhua. They never played dirty or kill family members to conquer the throne. But in drama, they showed Turks scheming dirty tricks like ambushing to kill Li Shimin when signing a treaty. Also in manhua, it was Du Ru Hui who didn't let reinforcements reach Shuozhu. But in the manhua even Du Ru Hui halted his chase for Yongning at one point seeing no threat, but drama's Du Ru Hui is an obsessed psycho chasing Changge till the end -_-

In the manhua, Tang people aren't portrayed so sacred and compassionate and Khan is not so disgusting there either. Both have their darkness and schemes. Li Shimin in the manhua wasn't so considerate and emotional, he never ordered to chase Yongning but didn't order not to chase her either. Du Ru Hui never reported to him about her escape but hunted her secretly and kept tabs on her. Even Du Ru Hui at one point realizes she's not a threat and ceases the hunt in the manhua. And about Khan and the Turk, they are portrayed as a wild powerful and strong tribe who fights with formidable battle instincts but doesn't play dirty. So the ambush of Khan in the bridge to kill Li Shimin isn't sth they would do but here they are portrayed as scheming, tricking folks. Also Khan did bring Sun up after a Khitan saves him but doesn't take his foster mom or anyone hostage to tame him. So the drama kind of painted the Tang with all goodness and the Turks with all evil. Also, in Shuozhu conquest, the Tang army was called back by Du Ru Hui, he intended to feed Shuo province and Gongsun Heng to the Turks to shake them off and get rid of Changge, killing two birds with one stone. But in drama they show Khan conquering the access points to Shuo and not allowing the reinforcements to reach Shuo.
It truly speaks volumes that Sun's foster mother would rather sacrifice herself than let Sun kowtow to a self-absorbed…
For Sun, this was the first time to experience losing someone he loves so deeply in front of his eyes :'(
She's such a great lady. No wonder Sun grew up to be an amazing man. Kind and caring unlike his brother and foster father. He was reared up by the perfect foster mother.
Most disliked characters at the moment (up to episode 24):1. Shervery handsome but not kind, underhanded, petty2.…

The Khan and Sher are truly the worst characters. Even if Sui princess turn out to be worse, these two will still be the worst tbh. They weren't as worse and disgusting as in the manhua. The manhua neutralized between the villainy of Tang and Turk.
A fantastic drama with gorgeous cast, superb action choreography, intriguing plot and greatly written female and male protagonist and other characters. A huge applause to the whole team of cast and crew and stuntmen. Dilraba and Wu Lei as individual characters with their action choreography and building up the slow-burn romance chemistry are just exquisitely outstanding. Raba, Lei and Lusi are doing amazing with emotion portrayal. Hats off to them.
I have skipped watching this week will wait until next week! Waiting for the eng subs is hard. I was feeling sick…
Ikr? I wish it had at least 60 episodes. All the other historical dramas with bullshits have way more episodes. But I don't want it to drag the story to increase episodes either. If they released a special episode, that'd be cool too.
I am at ep24, i think/hope she will start to change
Also he is the most human in his vicious Khan's den. The Khan, Sher, Sui princess everyone is twisted and malicious except him. None of them wants him to succeed. So if he decides to come out of that wolf's den, I'll be relieved. Harboring unconditional love won't actually be his downfall. The reason for his downfall will be his tribe. But CG will be there, and they'll work together so I hope everything works out finally.

His judgement didn't get taken over. He just protects her with his all might. He isn't some selfish dude who asks something in return. Besides he got involved in CG's mess willingly. CG warned him not to get involved because she didn't want him to take any fall for her actions.
