Seeing Shaolin as the number 1 martial arts movie made me realize that most 'chinese' martial arts movies that I like are actually from hong kong

He appeared more than in OBS or IONTBO I guess

The last 15 episodes are complete ass. The rest is pretty enjoyable even tho there are more characters I dislike than like. Soshim should've been the main character instead of Dongsuk. I despise Soshim's husband too like why the writer force viewer to sympathizes with him when he has no redeeming quality. I hate the main couple they're insufferable. Dongsuk is a jerk while Haewon is so dumb it's painful to watch. Sad that they completely erased Seunghoon in 2nd half, he's like the male version of Haewon but he has more layer to him. Donghee is so annoying I'd hate him too without the twins (don't like his romance either, his story with his twins and birth mother is not explored enough thanks for the useless toxic romance he has with the teacher--she deserves someone better than Donghee). Dongok's love story is pretty cute and all but the ableist comments thrown from everyone (except Soshim and Dongok's bf/the doctor) is so infuriating. The only couple I genuinely love to watch is Dongtak and Haejoo, as they respect each other even tho they also bicker all the time. They have the best character developments out of all characters too. I absolutely adore Haejoo's relationship with Dongtak's son Mul. And it helps a lot that Mul's actor is so good at his job, he is the best child actor out of the 3. The rest are not that memorable like the grandfather's death, twin uncles' romance and the whole car accident sub plot.

There is 2 major romance plot line: between lead guy and dead girlfriend's bestfriend, and between 2nd lead with dead girlfriend.

Hopefully after this drama dongyeon can bag more lead roles. It has Kim Soohyun so it must be good.
