am i the only one who finds im sol friend annoying and cringe? it’s like they are trying way to hard to make…
I like her. I think Im Geum is way more annoying and cringe than her lol. That's why I wasn't into the 2nd couple before. But I like them in episode 12. They're so funny
I mean it made me, someone who hates romcom, care and root the main couple so I'm giving it extra points for that alone. For me it's the Kim Hyeyoon effect. I don't think I would cry in a stupid drama like Extraordinary You but I did. She made me cry again in Lovely Runner. I enjoyed the story, the characters, and aside the unnecessary draggy serial murder side plot, I have no major complaint about it
I know a lot of people are looking forward to 10cm's Spring Snow release. I just want to give some love to our…
I haven't seen him in other drama but just from this drama alone I can see that Lee Seunghyub is a really good actor. I personally think he is better than Wooseok when it comes to sad scenes. His crying phone call and the scene with Kim Hyeyoon in Sunjae's apartement was really good.
For lovely runner fans who like to watch reaction videos, if you want LR to be covered in yaboyrocklee channel you can vote for lovely runner in their community tab. Let's spread this drama to everyone lol
In all seriousness tho, the family is very unlikable. They're even dumber and way more annoying than the family from Parasite. It's hard to root for them
My favorite Korean film of all time is Old Boy, one of the "edgiest" Kfilms out there. No, I don't hate on Netflix…
I guess we have to agree to disagree on that. Like sure, now that the drama has been out for a few days, people have actually watched it and formed a valid opinion on it. But still, I think early on people gave bad score just from watching episode one. Not that it changes anything for me, I still give it a 6 and I think 8 is still too high, tho it's basically, idk, 5 in MDL's weird standard.
Nah I don't like the crowds who only watch old black and white movies in letterboxd too. Hell, I mean, Letterboxd is the opposite of MDL in the sense that people are quick to rate everything a 10 here, while edgy Letterboxd users are proud if they rate everything below 3 stars. They also care so much about Oscar buzz (if we're talking about Past Lives), which explains why Bong Joon Ho's movies are rated higher after the success of Parasite. Still, for me, as edgy as Letterboxd users are, when it comes to American films, I can trust them way more than MDL with K-dramas. I don't use MDL to rate korean films so I won't say anything about it, I'm mainly talking about kdramas
