If I remembered well we saw the emperor once in the early episodes, I haven't finished the show yet, but do we see him a second time later in the drama?
I like this drama, but I am quite disappointed with how the story is, specially since its only 30 episodes. I was excited about seeing the ML be the Wolf Lord and how it unfolds, but somehow he did absolutely nothing after he got the WL title, kept crying and following a person who clearly told him to leave her alone. Frankly, I wish we had the story another way.

I think it would be better for me if I put this on hold, I love it, but frankly its got a bit of a slow pace, so I'll let a couple more episodes air before watching, I still have to finish Moonlight mystique and Guardians of the dafeng, so I'll probably binge tgose this weekend. Also, about this show, there is one thing that I truly hate and it happens a LOT in historical cdramas, its the "simp" part of the story, no matter what, FL is focused on her goals, but for the ML, it always end up turning around the FL, letting slowly go of the goals he worked hard for his entire life, I hope they wont go that here here again (sorry this was a mini rant 😅).
