I think what you said about being the viewer is the key. Absolutely love flawed characters. IMO, the writer/director should respect the audience enough to not underestimate how these characters are being portrayed and then viewed. I do believe the car scene could have been done in another way to make us sympathize with the ML as opposed to wanting to scream some sense into him.

To call people who have a different opinion than yours stupid is a bit much. Even if it's an illusion or dream, even if Don didn't go ALL THE WAY with the SFL, it still crossed the line of too much skinship, and it can ruin the ILLUSION of romance and chemistry the leads have built together.

Bottom line, most viewers, including some of us "feminists", don't want to see the ML GETTING OFF on someone else who isn't the main protagonist.

If you're into that sort of thing, great! Respectfully, that's your prerogative.

Also, if Don REALLY wanted to get away from Jessica, he could have without any violence whatsoever. I've seen his muscles, (we all have) he could have lifted her off him and sat her on the other side, and exited the car with very little effort. To call him a "gentleman" for sitting there and "taking it", is a stretch.

I just want to wash my eyes after witnessing the car scene. There really should be a tag that reads, "Excessive SFL/SML Skinship". Then, I would not waste my time and emotions. Pramook crossed the line for me. This one catapulted itself over the line head first.

Do the writers think the viewers want to see gullible and naive FLs with no spine to stand up to how she's being wronged? When the ML pulls this sort of disgusting crap, I WANT TO SEE at least one FL grow a backbone, stand up straight and tell him to go to hell. Creating ones own happily ever after is actually okay in reality AND in Lakorns.

Damn...and I LOVE Luke...but believe he deserves to play more sophisticated, more respectable characters. He should not be confined to just playboy/traumatic childhood/cheater roles.

LOVED Sand Princess. It's so re-watchable. I wonder if they think the people who watch series like Oh My Boss and Donovan are just gullible, helpless, door mats who LONG for the toxic relationships...like we haven't lived through enough of these in our real lives!! - Sorry...need to rant.

After the last episode, I can't with Don. He went way too far and is no longer redeemable. This is too much like Luke's other character in Oh My Boss. With this FL, I at least want to see her slap him HARD, tell him to F off, and then walk away. The End.

Just a warning, Lost Track of Time does have subtitle issues. They are getting better, but sometimes, it can be a challenge to watch. I'm enjoying it enough to endure it.

It's ironic you ask this question. I'm watching Lost Track of Time (historical CDrama) while waiting for Wednesday, and in the first few episodes, the FL marries the SML who turns into a complicated bad guy. In episode three, she dies and transports back to when she first met the SML and does things a little differently to avoid all the BAD things he did to her and her family. Still, some are actually shipping her and the SML (despite all the horrible things he did) instead of the ML who is very sweet. Bottom line, I think some of us tend to gravitate toward the unboring. Unfortunately, sometimes that comes with a heartbreaking price.

If you read through the posts from that episode, we were saying the same thing!! WE WERE FURIOUS!! For the writers to show us such love and then tear it away like that was a bit jarring. Lakorns are infamous for tugging at the heartstrings to the point of almost making them snap. With that being said, I hope you can keep watching, at least last week's episode. There are some satisfying moments to be sure.

This is such a different drama where I'm sort of torn, although Muze has done some really rotten things, I won't feel bad if she doesn't choose him.

Melodramatic to me means exaggerated acting where characters are overemotional. From what I've seen, this series is very serious with good characterization. The FL is really impressing me, and I'm not one of her greatest fans, although I've liked her in a few things.

I haven't watched it because I read the romance wasn't heavy in this one. I like A LOT of romance in my dramas...Do you recommend it?

Lai Kinaree will be interesting to watch since they are a couple in real life. Kleun Cheewit is my all-time favorite pairing in a drama, it was hard to top that one in my mind.

Me, too. My favorite trope is Revenge to Love which is done here. Maybe they play a Bodyguard (Mario) Celebrity (Yaya) trope who just don't get along at first (of course), butting heads at every turn. However, the bodyguard has a secret identity which actually ends up putting the celebrity in danger. They must work together in order to stay safe...in the meantime, they fall madly in love.

Maybe with Mark and Yaya's series...I hope it will be as good as this one.

I'm going to be so sad when this series ends, not just because of not being able to watch Yaya and Mario but also not being able to "live" post our happiness, anger, disappointment, excitement, love, and satisfaction at watching our babies come together, pull apart, and come together again. This series has been a magical adventure all around.

I wanted to watch Ra Raerng Fai, but the "Fake Kisses" in the tags ALWAYS puts them in my do not watch list. The only person I can tolerate fake kissing is Allen Ren. I may revisit this series with your suggestion though :-)

Okay…this will be the last time I post regarding subtitles. I believe for ENGLISH, they are not great, but with a little effort, are passable. Not ideal, but I’m enjoying this series enough not to let it stop me from watching. The translation in other languages might be better or worse. I don’t know.

Probably the most challenging for me is how he/she/they/I is all interchangeable in the subtitles, so I have to pause SOMETIMES to make sure I understand which person they’re talking about. Overall, this is worth watching for me.
