If i'm bein khim in real life i would be happy to more understand about myself priority and how to love myself…
This series has touched so many nerves. I watch dramas for the HEA, but for this one, I just want Khim to discover the greatness of herself. To hell with the rest of them who are hell bent on destroying her spirit. The next few weeks are going to be interesting to watch, debate, decide, to say the least.
I have recently redeemed even Kwon Min Woo from Attorney Woo, so I feel very well trained in redemption issues…
I watched Handsome Cowboy, and although Push's character did something unforgivable, his groveling in the end was one of the best I've seen. "Well trained in redemption issues..." I LOVE IT!
I ain't going to be satisfied until Kla walks on fire! That fool!!!
You are so right. I know we'll probably see a happy ending, but my heart is already spiked with thorns, I'm not sure if it's going to be a greatly satisfying one. I wished they would have taken another route than the ML caring about and then using the SFL so much.
I know there is time to change my mind about Kla, but this week already feels like going down a hot metal slide in short shorts.
Romance Writing 101:
"But in fiction, what makes a character irredeemable is simply that the reader doesn't want to see them redeemed. The reader (viewer) reaches a breaking point with the character, and is no longer interested in any outcomes for that character other than death, failure or punishment."
Kla's name is about to go in my definition book as: Irredeemable Male Lead. Dude better find a way to take his name off my book...and fast!
I saw the synopsis and thought the same. There's even a spoiler picture of Kla and Claire hugging again. I hope…
I feel like I'm going to be watching this week's episodes with one eye open. If Kla is going to test Khim's heart by proposing to Claire, I'm going to sulk for an entire week. Khim should be the one testing Kla's heart! I want to see a dab of begging, a pinch of groveling, and a cup of tears from Kla for me to be happy...just saying.
If he apologized and she couldn't find it in herself to forgive him, she shouldn't have gone back or tried to…
Oh, good lord. Yes, let's add emotional abuse for the reason EVERYONE should now record and expose their significant other. Now that I've added it to being accepted, who is to say this actor wasn't emotionally abused by the actress and she was actually deflecting her own guilt by making this recording. As outsiders, we have one tiny audio recording. WE DON'T KNOW EVERYTHING these two endured together. Having a hissy fit over this is so ridiculous.

There's the audio, but there is SO MUCH we don't understand about this relationship, nor as bystanders, should we have privy to it. These are two people's private life that should never have been exposed like this.
I said this on YouTube...after the Heard/Depp trail, I no longer look favorably on anyone who defames someone else through recordings. Through the trial, so much crappy stuff came out about both parties, but there is always TWO sides, as we saw. When the trial began, professional lawyers said there was no way Depp would win. After EVERYTHING came out, he ended up winning.
The ONLY way I can accept a recording is if one of the parties is being threatened with their life or is being physically abused.
Because one party wants to have a "gotcha" moment and ruin someone's career because her heart got broken, it's just unacceptable.
I agree with you, she shouldn't have gone back if things were that bad.
Let's try to remember as we discuss our views on this series, how everyone will express their own opinions depending on their own life experiences.
Some of us see Kla with so many flaws, we want to hang up a punching bag and tape a picture of his smirking-gorgeous face at jab, jab, cross level. Of course, some of us absolutely sympathize and agree with a lot of what he's doing.
Bottom line: Is this show worth watching? ABSOLUTELY Is there great chemistry? Like a sizzling lightning bolt great Are some of us angry and exasperated with some of the characters? Of course. If characters didn't tear at our heartstrings, we wouldn't be so emotionally invested.

Okay...that's all I wanted to say.
