I guess we all have what we are loving about this drama. The acting. The cinematography, the world building, the characters, their growth and metamorphosis. I could go on. But as a romance junkie, TSOPG is a rare gem. Although I love the chemistry Zhao Lusi builds with her leads, DW and YZJ are breaking molds and moving boundaries. I’m sharing a link to some of my favorite moments of them together… and there is still more on the way.
I can’t believe how this keeps getting better. So many insightful and interesting conversations and write ups (outside here) about the characters and motivations that I haven’t seen for another drama. I would also like to add how I tried to keep my expectations low regarding the leads skinship. I know we’re going through another phase with them now, but instead of disappointed in their ‘together’ episodes I became spoiled. Their closeness and affection are on another level. The best part is, from BTS with them, there’s more affection and quite an inventive kiss scene on the way. They are finding ways to ‘turn this up to 11’ in every way.
Did you find anything negative about the article? Have you read it? Because I don’t read it
It’s click bait. They’ve done this twice. Unfortunately, small minds will continue to push false narratives while smaller minds will continue to like and believe them.
I didn't know someone can say things like this. https://kisskh.at/discussions/zhu-lian-yu-mu/129707-what-do-you-think-of-liu-yuning-and-zhao-lusi-as-partners-again?pid=3174148&page=1#p3174148Report.
I’m hanging on until this ends. All respect lost for a place I once thought had some standards and integrity left.
If you’re really watching, be patient, she needs to establish herself in the new town first.we still have 17…
I feel the intricate way this series and the characters are woven, it gets lost on a few people. Like those who constantly look on the surface on things or harp on a person’s looks.
DW is so different from SS. SS was similar to LBY in some ways, she doesn't let go of someone who has wronged…
I guess I see her harsh journey through the desert as more symbolic. Her hardship journey through two different landscapes (past and future life). The harshness of both and the survival of both, having to depend on no one but herself. But then she meets the person who may have also taken that journey and their friendship truly begins.
Still, I feel some are treating this as a documentary vs a fictional drama. Reading these comments, I'm having flashbacks of loving Jack Reacher movies and then making the mistake of watching them with someone who was an MP (Military Police) for 10 years. Me: "Oh that was the coolest scene ever!" Other person: "An MP would never be able to do that, ever." Damnit!
My disbelief had a hard time being suspended in those scenes. A simple addition of her carrying a small bundle…
Since this is a fictional drama, I am incorporating an imagination into a few of these details. I've watched Pride Prejudice and Zombies, and I've seen how many weapons a woman can hide under her dress. I think Duan Wu has several along with the knife YZJ gave her.
As far as walking, technically, a person can walk/march 4 miles per hour. Army Rangers will go through sleep deprivation, jump out of a plane, and then have to walk miles to their destination. The mind and body does extraordinary things under extraordinary conditions. With Duan Wu's mental and physical state, I think she walked days on pure adrenaline.
How the heck did the FL get from the desert with sand dunes and all into a blizzardy snow covered mountain? Has…
I don't know about China, but the US has regions where you can find both desert sand dunes and snow-capped mountains relatively close to each other. Great Sand Dunes National Park in Colorado is breathtaking.
True.. i hope her smart brain is working fine. Lol yeah many people have said the same things on youku bullet…
Fair points. I do see what you're saying. I also agree with the other poster in that there is still danger out there for her. She is a target as well. And, he knows she isn't a person who will just stand still. :-) She will go after them with the knife he so thoughtfully gave her. But I'm still trying to digest one episode at time. It's like having Thanksgiving and Christmas dinner in one week. And, that scene was very freaking cute!
