She elicits so many raw emotions. She’s still so young, so I can only imagine the amount of growth she can gain in the coming years. It’s just so unfortunate she’s compared endlessly to others. “I like her, but she’s not as good as so and so.” Accounts come here to prop up their favorites while belittling her in the same breath. Then the name calling reached a new low. It’s so tiresome.

I love so much how Lusi submerges herself in her roles. As Duan Wu, she did everything to make her character authentic.

You did write quite the thesis on every reason why you don’t like her and why she doesn’t deserve your time. I’m just trying to figure out why you came here to say so much about someone who isn’t up to par “or anyone near” your favorites and who you don’t care to watch.

Awesome points, and agree with you regarding “emotional range” for some of the actresses mentioned. I’d also like to add An Affair to Remember. The age gap was 17 years. Greatest chemistry, though.

Unfortunately, I’m probably the least person who understands how promotions work in C entertainment. I do think that Lusi’s fans have done a lot of the grunt work promoting this on SM. It may also be the genre.

I agree. I think the SML is there as more of a way to heighten the emotions between the leads. Between the two trailers and BTS, the cp between Lusi and LYN are very visible.

I loved TLI, too! Her and Wang Anyu’s chemistry were amazing. The lowering sword scene was gut wrenching, and I think one of her best angst performances…

I hope we can have amazing conversations about the beautiful and original story Duan Wu wants to tell us. Her journey is going to be like no other. To see Lusi bring this character to life is going to be my fuel for the rest of the year.

They are quite the toxic little rabid trolls. Sometimes I laugh at them and block, but they came in like Cujo today. I think for the most part, people/fans see through their ignorance and purpose to create chaos. I sometimes picture them as Bubbles from the Trailer Park Boys, and then their insane posts makes sense.

This person is using several accounts to sow discord between the leads of TSOPG. We've been trying to report the accounts all day. They are posting lies, saying under one account the leads were both fat and ugly. Some of the lies could really hurt LYN. They did delete one of their accounts but came back as Love...whatever.
