I haven't the drama yet, but the main reason they don't allow random people in OTs is apart from the risk of infections…
We are both saying the same thing. The actor and you, and I, all agree that it is highly inadvisible to have unsterlized...well, anything or anyone, close to an open patient, because the chances of infections are extremely high. But, like I said, the main reason hospitals don't allow anyone to come close to the patient, isn't JUST because the patient is at risk and would likely die from other people's idiocy, but that if the patient did die, it would open the hospital to a lawsuit.

If someone doesn't mind putting their relative/patient at risk (for whatever reason), and they absolutely will not be suing the hospital if things do go south, then there's no reason to stop that person from being near the patient.

Would it happen in real life? not really, because anyone with sense would think from both sides. They want to keep the patient save AND they also want to keep the hospital and doctors safe.

I haven't the drama yet, but the main reason they don't allow random people in OTs is apart from the risk of infections etc, it also opens the hospital to law suits and other liabilities, which are preventable. So, it's not that they can't. Like, this article says the patient was the daughter of the Chief, so even if he was an outsider, he ideally he knows the risks and he won't be suing his own hospital in case things go wrong, so while it is highly unrecommended, it's not exacty impossible to gain access to a patient during surgery (as long as you dont get in the way of doctors).

I understand dramatic license, but with a medical background, I struggle with inaccuracies. When the actors are…
That's probably because you are trained in one specific way. It's a drama, not a documentary. Apart from the fact that it's a drama, you have to understand that a lot of times many factors also a play a part in the treatment. Like if you are used to high-end hospital in say, a first world country, then people performing serious surgeries in a bad conditions, like say an open tent war-torn 3rd world country, might seem fantastic and impossible.

Yeah, Athit is the asshole dad. Sun and Time are half-brothers. They will be partners and fencing rivals. The girl will probably end up with Sun, and Time will have a new love. Maybe they will Olympians together.

Kinda makes me think of Hook (Peak's other drama, with Mean), but brothers instead of bros.

Same. I am a fan of wife-chasing stories and the ex-husband would have made a good chaser-ML, in another drama.…
I generally hate straight wife-chasing because I'm a fan of women saying fuck you abusive men, and finding their own way and new love. This drama is right up my ally.

But, I am a fan of "wife-chasing" bls (but they are all over the place, like dramas, novels etc. It depends on the story and the reason for the break-up), so if u want recs, I can give them.

Wife chaser stories are all about "you left me after I was abusive, so I want you back". I like them because the ML's are almost jackasses and they never take their exes feelings - to leave the abusive ML - into consideration. For me, it's all about how much ML suffers (the worse the better) and how much effort he puts to bring the partner back. Also, it depends on how bad the guy was initially. A spineless wimp like LC, might get a 2nd chance if he is willing to work for it, but someone like, say Wang Qian (Shen Yi's husband) deserves to be set on fire.

He would never have been a good match for Mudan. But someone like Sheng Yi would have been good for him - a nice quiet housewife, who just wants to take care of her family and kids, while her husband works some 9-to-5 office job and comes home to warm bath and cooked meals.

I'm not on Liu Chang's (ex-husband) side, but i felt oddly satisfied when he finally rebelled against his parents…
Same. I am a fan of wife-chasing stories and the ex-husband would have made a good chaser-ML, in another drama. He was a spineless wimp at the start, but even before the Princess first showed up, you can see he was sorta starting to warm up to MuDan (like sending her ginger tea which was "accidentally" brewed for the princess, like some verbally abusive tsundere). Without his parents being his parents, it might have been a long road, but he probably would have come around.

Zhang Yuan Ang: There's no need to balance the two because female independence and male charisma are not in opposition. They complement each other. If we were to highlight the male lead's charm by forcibly diminishing the [element of] female lead's independence, then, in the context of the drama, this would mean every time He Wei Fang faces a challenge and has to deal with it, Jiang Chang Yang descends from the sky [to save her], interrupting her efforts. That would signal distrust and disrespect for the female lead's capabilities.

And this is EXACTLY why I don't like watching het dramas. Why does a woman need ML to interfere and solve her problems? Why can't she do it by herself. If she needs help, she will ask. If she needs emotional or financial support, she will ask. If she needs a favour, she. will. ask. If she doesn't ask, it means she is more than capable of handling her problems. So, why are you stifling her capability?

Lol yeah right. The worst critics for women are other women. Men would never cared if you wear the same outfits…
Gossip sure, but it's surface level. When push comes to shove, women do help other women, but here's the thing. If u hate women, and if u have "I'm not like other girls, I'm one of the guys" attitude, they won't. Because they can't count you, so why would they extend their hand for you. And it's fine if someone doesn't extend their hand after you've helped them, somebody else will. The universe has a way of returning your karma back you.

Someone just tell me which one I should watch this uncut version or another one.. please 🙏
Watch uncut. It seems like they didn't just cut the nsw scenes, but also random parts of the story. Not that it makes much difference anyways, editing is really whack in either version

Fluke and Ohm Thitiwat (UWMA) are paired for My Romance Scammer. It will be out in Q2, I think.
Check out the trailer on GMM channel. It's the only one I'm really looking forward to, apart from JimmySea's My Magic Prophecy.
