Me too. I’ve never been so bored in my life when bai Lu is the fl but this fl character was boring as hell! I think Bali lu acted it right, the problem was the character and script. Just complete snooze for me.

Don’t worry. I’m too far into my 40s and have lived through too much emotional childhood trauma and revictimization to care about useless things like how much I weigh or how many wrinkles my always makeup-less face has. I’ve also had enough therapy in life to learn self love so I’m not at risk of using others for a benchmark for anything. I get the health aspect of comments like yours and that it’s coming from a caring place but these are still, nonetheless shaming and critical comments about another person’s body. Critical Words hurt, even when they’re well intentioned. Food for thought.

Her face is plump and healthy, she just has a small frame and probably fast metabolism. When people starve themselves skinny, their faces show it. Education can hopefully cure your ignorance though.

I honestly drop most of Xu Kai’s dramas even though I adore him but ALP I’ve watched over a dozen times. It’s a really entertaining drama. A lot of people commented on the FL not being pretty enough for that role, but f them. She’s an amazing actress and beautiful. She was phenomenal in that drama. I want to say the episode I’m talking about was 32 or something. I could be wrong though. It was definitely later at the end of arc 2.

In ancient love poetry, the scene where Shangu’s immortal version dies at the wedding right before Shangu god version surfaces again, that’s one scene where I was blown away by Xu Kai’s emotional range. I was completely shocked at both of their performances. I forget what episode it was. That role itself for him was really melancholic and indifferent, but emotionally, it was one of his bests, imo.

I hear you on that. I’ve been confused with a lot of roles he takes on. It gives me the vibes of quantity, not quality in the acting roles arena. I guess that’s how one makes a lot of money though… Being seen…in anything and everything…I Still think he deserves his popularity a dozen times over, even though I do fast forward or drop a majority of dramas he stars in. It’s never his acting that makes me drop one. The problem always lies elsewhere, then I get annoyed and disappointed because I so love watching Xu Kai’s adorable face and micro expressions.

Xu Kai is an impressive actor and for any actor you can see their genius in emotional roles and scenes. He nails scenes where he exhibits extreme grief, anger, arrogance, etc. Melancholic, indifferent characters are supposed to be boring and lack facial expressions…So in other words, the character, not xu kai, lacks those facial expressions you mentioned. He played the role he was paid to play, like any professional actor would.

The answer is: All of them!…just kidding, a little fallacious joking. 🙃

P.S. I’m absolutely positively 1000% the servant of my cat crew. They own my heart and dictate my daily life with zero complaints from me…well, maybe just a few.

Fallacious Reasoning 101. Fallacy is such an interesting subject to learn. It should be taught in elementary school, if you ask me - Introspection, mindfulness and the dangers of fallacious reasoning. everything your child needs to know so they can live a thoughtfully driven life.

It sounds like you need a cat rescue’s assistance that does mainly tnr (trap, neuter, release back to the farm land) where they can keep the rodent population down to zero and live out their semi-feral or stray cat lives. Most cat rescues work with certain vets in those areas and recieve very low cost spay/neuter and essential only feline shots. It reduces the pregnant cat population tremendously and the longer you do that in the area you live, those diminish to virtually none. You just have a lot of community cats that live and work on the land they were born around or dropped off at. Community cats like that are very low maintenance because you’re not trying to adopt them or keep tabs on them. A group of people within the rescue go to those areas and feed the population after trapping the cats that haven’t been spayed or neutered yet (new cats or cats that just gave birth to a litter). Having a rescue assist you would be so important because you wouldn’t be alone in trying to help fix the cat population issue in the community .

I’ve been a cat foster for rescues in my area for years now, lol. I am crazy about them and I’m most definitely the servant, not the master 😂. My profile pic is a rumpy manx that I fostered then adopted and named Kenzi Wenzikins. She’s hangry most of the time so I’m always on duty serving her at home.

I was scratching my head wondering what on earth you were talking about…until I read the comments directly under this one. Oi y vey. I don’t see the big deal. It’s not like you were criticizing the actress. I’ve made that mistake on Mdl before (constructively, not mean natured either) and it was a public shaming of comments directed at me for weeks. People have differing opinions that apparently can’t be shared on mdl, or at least that’s what I’ve learned the hard way here. I love what one user wrote as a preface to one of their comments. It said something like, ** this is my opinion so don’t twist your butt hairs over it. *** I don’t think that’s exactly what they wrote but it’s was something of that nature. I remember butt hairs, for sure.
