I love that Yan Yan is actually more of the best friend. I’m loving this show so far! Can’t wait for all the CP moments 😍 though I must admit, I’m really annoyed at their hair and makeup, I can’t stop staring at her dyed hair.

I didn’t mind the ML, it’s been a while since I’ve seen leads that are more on the masculine side but agree there are some scenes that feel weird watching him do. I didn’t mind him in the Yin and Yang Masters movie though, even though he wasn’t in it for long.

I feel with the second ML, that’s how he was written out to be. It’s frustrating cause you want him to just spit it out but I bet that’s what they made him do. 🙈

I agree, if anything this would be Luis‘s strong suite, she’s naturally comical in real life anyway, this is so up her alley and it’s what’s carrying the ‘comedic’ aspect of this show so we’ll. The drama and storyline could definitely have been better. Most actors and actresses rarely get a say to how some of the scenes are shot so I wouldn’t say it’s their fault for not performing well.

It’s bearable for now I reckon. I’m just watching to find out what exactly this is turning out to be 😂

I must say these last few episodes have been so refreshing. I like how much closer they look to be getting. It’s not as awkward and soo much more emotions 😭 this was the roller coaster I was after.

Also! If someone’s watched episode 25 already, can someone please explain why shiyi’s shocked with what the grandmother has told her? Is this about ZSC’s father and real mother’s relationship? But the grandmother mistakes SY for WX right? Sorry their whole family tree still confuses me.

Not much from memory. A lot of crime dramas if I’m not mistaken. But there’s that “your sensibility, my destiny” one that’s currently airing. Youku and Wetv have more coming these next few months I think!
