I never generalized, I said often and not all and always. You even don't read properly what I write, just jump to your own conclusions based on your own generalizations. Yes, I stated my opinion here twice, sorry that this irritated you. But can you argue it isn't true what I wrote? There are also many other people who agree Cdramas are often too long and decline in quality in second half. It is admirable if you like just everything about all dramas you watch and never have any remarks or opinions. You are blessed, trully! You can watch any drama and be completly content with all of them. I wish, I could be like that. But, unfortunately, I'm not, so, I hope, you can forgive me and calm yourself. Wish you a happy drama watching!

I watched 11 eps of this drama and I intentionally want to comment now - as for these episodes - I thoroughly like them. I like ML's transormation, how he really fell into character and is meticulously fateful to Grand Tutor role. I like humorous situations that are caused by his historical mindset. I don't object having more of him like that, because it's interesting and gives fresh contrast between the present time and his adaptations to it. Not to say, actor does really good job potraying this out of time person. FL, on other side, balances his intensity with kindness, patience and empathy, I like her character and her acting, too. No stupid childish behaviour in script, for now. So, I find this drama interesting and here it goes, why I'm hesistant to watch on - drama is slated for 30 eps, which means I'm only on 1/3 of it and that worries me. Why? Because, too many Cdramas just crash and flunk gloriously after a good start. Draging it on to fulfill episodes count, on expense of overall quality. I really want this one to be different and hope it will be a drama that I like - till the ( good ) end.

I'm on ep 11 and still like it. I hope it keeps up, but 30 eps - it is high probability it will water out, that is weak point of most Cdramas - too many eps and therefor draging the plot... ... but, for now, I'm looking forward to every episode which means it's quite interesting - to me. For yourself you should try it and decide.

I agree, specially because for the sake of more episodes they distort the story with stupid, unrelated or forced twists and plots.

I didn't check his rl age, I think his character in drama could be somewhere in late twenties? By looks I would easily take him as he is about 26 not 36... so, to me, his voice didn't fit with his appearance...

If you watch Kdramas and romcom, I quite like Bussines Proposal, it has tropes but are well done and is really entertaining. Still ongoing, thou. I watched Reset, it's surprisingly good. Under the skin started well, but... yee... won't even say...

Also, I heard that price of finished drama depends on number of episodes, so they prolong them to have them sold at higher price. I think this is a very harmfull rule, it ruined so many dramas who would be perfect if shorter.

LOL, you made me laugh.... yee, why not... there will always be the suckers to like the stupidest dramas and those, who won't like the best.... we all have moods and preferences. so I just drop it if it's not to my liking and move on to next till I find something that hooks me up...

I was baffled with this trope, cold ML with personality issues / fluffy, emotional but mostly dumb FL. Why would any smart man want a stupid woman? But then I found, that this trope is actually phychologically true with this two personality types: ML has a narcissistic or borderline personality disorder while FL is an empath - and these two atract each other in real life, too. Only, in reality, narcisist almost never changes into loving, gentle person... Not withouth years of special terapy with uncertain result... So, dramas show the real pattern with false outcome... Be patient, stand the abuse in the end you will get love... Very wrong and misleading message..

One of my issues, too. I just can't stand intruding, unsupporting family, I usually drop such drama. It reminds me of my childhood and I really don't want to be reminded... Toxic parents are a real punisment and the worst way to start a life!

I agree! Maids are often more beautifull and better at acting...

After watching dramas I come to conclusion that withouth alcohol, the human population would be smaller by half, at least. Problems are - solved ? or caused - by drinking so often, that this trope already annoys me. It also pushes a bad behaviour pattern: like, all your situations can be solved by getting drunk... Really? In which world that happens?

Very good comment, you grasped the most painful points which make Cdramas so dissapointing, sometimes. They start greatly and then also greatly drown into borring, dragging nonsense... I often panick: what the heck will they do in next ten episodes when they should finish it now?... At this point in drama I often just jump to the end... thou endings are sometimes such a mess that I better wouldn't watch THAT...

Then they finnaly kiss and next day go back on it, behaving like only friends or almost like strangers... doing push and pull all over again... waaah... Also, FL wearing extreme shorts in whole drama and than being too shy to hold hands? I don't get it... if you are really shy, then dress from toes to neck and hide, don't run arround half naked. Also, seeing legs, thin like toothpicks, doesn't help the aestetic for me... In Find Yourself FL was over thirty yet she behaved like being thirteen... A boy was more mature than her... funny? For writters, obviously, yes... What a streotypes!

After almost two years I'm still sad about passing of this talented man. Once you saw him performing, he stayed with you. However, seeing his tremendous opus of dramas, movies and all sort of other works, I reckon, he probably wasn't only depressed but also burned out. From there only a moment of hopelessness is enough... Entertainment industry is really a merciless enviroment. If actors don't fight for themselves and limit the amount of their activities, they can easily stay isolated from reality, not having chances for true relationships nor a quality time to relax. I wish he could choose another way to save himself, hope he found what he was looking for. I'm thanking him for all he gave us and remembering him by rewatching...

If you like unusual dramas, try The Bureau of Transformer, it will kick your socks off. Literally first Cdrama that I thought: this could have couple more episodes... it ends nicely, but I could watch more... not a dull moment, so underrated! Action, thriller, fantasy, romance. I actually don't care much about genre if drama gets and keeps my attention with good story and good acting. Those, who mix genres and jump out of the box are most interesting to me.

This drama made quite a buzz, I see... It's nice, however, with more effort in postproduction editing it could be really good. ML did much better than many experienced actors who pose more than act... I liked both leads and hope this shortie will give them casting opportunities for more dramas.

LOL, I'm on oposite... I needed quite a time to get used to his voice in TAB, it's nice to listen to and sexy, however, it gives me a vibe of an older man, somewhere about 40 not in twenties... I quite like his dubbed voice here as it fits well with his actual age... we all have our preferences, so... yee...
