We all like a HE & having a Season 2 or another special episode 26.1 for them to get back together would be nice. I don't blame her for wanting time to rest from mental exhaustion & adjustments after 4 years of waiting, to finally caught the murderer, her parents' names cleared, & confession that he's her husband. Falling in love is natural & sometimes it's unavoidable. It's not deliberate fake loves, one night stand nor s*xual relationship/misbehaviour to improperly influence decisions, they're actually in love with each other. So it happened that XS fell in love with JH, there began a relationship between "boss/landlord" & "tenant", conflict of interest which it'd compromised/influenced his decisions and actions as M&A/Investor for his company Baoxing.

It's not the end of the world. JH has experienced that since inception. I hope JH confesses her very carefully hidden love for XS & accepts his marriage propsal, alternatively XS could look for another job & restarts his career, either way. JH rejected him initially for fear of another GY's similar betrayal, etc which she'd hardened herself since, & moreover Tengyue is her current priority she's promised herself eversince Dad's passing & losing everything.

And I don't want to see poor XS lose everything, both his career & the woman he loves. Assuming that the Aneda takeover of Tengyue has failed, failed to sign the deal to complete the acquisition & he still holds the majority of Tengyue's shares on behalf of Baoxing. It's only a one off romance, we bet there's no other loves in his life after JH lol. In future, he'll be settled with a family, he gets to concentrate on his career. He may have missed his chance of Partner but with his smarts & hard work, be sure he'll be offered another opportunity in near future. HE yay!
