ALL of Chinese romance costume dramas have A LOT OF KISSING SCENES. Remember that! There is many various kissing scenes in Chinese costume dramas such as passionate kisses, forced kisses, soft kisses, and etc.

You should watch Chinese romance costume dramas more before comment anything because what you said is so wrong! From full length dramas until short dramas, they have many kissing scenes.

Go watch Story of Kunning Palace, Kill Me Love Me, Till The End of The Moon, Who Rules The World, Moonlight Mystique, Love of The Divine Tree, Blossom, Wonderland of Love, Si Jin, Are You The One, The Last Immortal, The Blossoming Love, Love Like The Galaxy, Ashes of Love, Eternal Love, Love & Redemption, The Tale of Love & Loyalty, Dawn is Breaking, Love & Bid Farewell, etc many many moreeeee.
