Idk about the government try to prevent or block the information of human organs bcs of black market/human organ trafficking. But, this black market happens to all the sides of the world, not only in China or Asia. Cases like that are also happening in USA, Europe, etc.

The censorship banned any human organs in their show. Blood and flesh are still okay. But human organs are "No" in chinese censorship. It makes the cdrama stucked in the same way. They are able to perform the surgery shows but they cant do it bcs of damn censorship. It's also the reason why so many medical chinese dramas turned into romance hospital setting dramas rather than medical focused dramas.
They have potential to reach the same level as medical korean dramas but stupid censorship didnt allow them to show human organs which is so funny. It's not even disturbing scenes. For many ppl, it's also educations.

The problem is.....they used too many CGI for the tennis balls n unrealistic techniques. And i am not a fan of it. I know this is an adaptation of PoT anime but I prefer they used "real" tennis to describe the Journey of Lu Xia as the tennis prodigy. However, this is live action not anime parody or something.
