It's impossible. When the drama got trouble, iQiyi n other chinese platforms can't sell it outside China. It will lead them to another trouble with criticism, censorship, and other things.
Many people stated this statement to many shelved c-dramas (especially BL dramas) but no one ever buy the drama who got the "obstacle" and never release in its original country. IQiyi also cant offer it to others bcs it will violate some of "their rules".
People inside China could still access the drama even though they sell it to 3rd party and it will make more problem in the future especially when the dramas don't get the censorship approvement to be aired.

ALNL problem is the way they portrayed male character who was played by Li Xian. It's not LX fault. But the govt thought the ML character is too provocative. And they cant cut out the ML scenes in ALNL, that's why iQiyi removed it quietly after saying technical issues + will be aired next time after solve the issues. The method is pretty the same. They pushed the airing date into infinity unknown then removed it quietly after more than 6 months.
It's the reason why i was so frustated with SOKP case. This drama is in the edge of life.

He already knew that he lived in the country when there is no freedom of speech. Then it's wise to just AVOID something that created more scandals. It is not only affect the drama release date, but other ppl also. Who is in the loss? Many people who involved in the production + many fans who wait the drama to come out.
We cant change the government system then they need to super careful about what to say and what to not say.
There is positive and negative sides for everything. It's useless to keep demonstrating something in communist country like China. They want to control everything. They will ignore the protest movement and keep doing what they think it's right. Basically the citizens have no rights to speak up their minds about govt and politics in communist environment.

But "delayed in chinese ent" is still a scary thing, it made me unhappy already...it means we dont know it would be aired soon or not. Or we still dont know if this drama will need to go the trial again to remove the 3rd ML or not.
