The writing in this is excruciatingly bad. In what world does your lover disappear for a year then reappear with no questions asked? The production is terrible. It feels like a student project. Holland can't act at all, he has one facial expression. It was awkward and disjointed, it made no sense, the leads had zero chemistry. Worst BL I think I've ever seen. People are criticizing Love Class for some of its flaws, and it's still 10x better than this. The only positive at all was Han Gi Chan.
I agree! it was so random to me.. him running away. WHY!?For the life of me I will never understand these people…
I don't think he was ever actively hitting on JiWoo. He was just trying to get along with his assignment partner at first. But because he found JiWoo to be "adorable" he kept on being affectionate without thinking and then he would catch himself, pull his hand back, turn away, leave. He had a conflict within himself that he wasn't always winning, obviously.

I think it's because someone who is gay can doubt that a up-until-then straight person is seriously interested in a relationship with them. They might think it's just novelty or a mild crush or sense of adventure? But no one wants to be another person's experiment.
This is strange. It's awful without looking awful. I'd say it's poorly written, but I'm not sure it is written.…
I feel like this show has not done Holland's career any favours. His singing didn't make me want to buy any of his albums, his acting made me not want to watch anything with him in it ever again. Even his makeup, hair, and styling made him look more like a homeless person than an idol. At least Han Gi Chan held his own with what he had to work with. I'll watch him again, hopefully in something better.
There is another series that is really short where the two leads confess to each other only in the final seconds…
Also, that series is the prequel to the movie "His" where you see the same characters about 10 years later, so overall things aren't rushed and get wrapped up.
When people say 6 episodes of 20 minutes isn't enough to fully develop a complex story they are absolutely right.…
I've been thinking about this too. But movies are often shorter than 120 minutes and manage to have deep story lines. Is it because of the necessity of chunking it up into episodes that keeps things this way?
Yes, it's so good. I have no idea how they're going to wrap things up in 2 episodes.
