The only one who's redeemable at this point is Kluen. Yes, he's been an idiot but he was never deliberately hurtful, just clueless. Phoon is just f*cking with their relationship for his own benefit. And DaoNuea is going along with it because he's upset and wants to hurt Kluen. But Kluen didn't really do anything wrong to DaoNuea. DaoNuea confessed to Kluen when he had a girlfriend. Kluen never made any false promises or strung him along in any way. We as the audience were frustrated by him, but that doesn't mean anything for the characters. I liked DaoNuea up until this episode. Now I think he's immature, selfish, and kind of an a-hole.
I watched a couple clips and I don't think I can get into this drama because they cast such an old FL. It's too unrealistic that a woman approaching 40 is a virgin and has never had a doctor's exam before. Is that part of the story or just a weird casting choice?
To your second point about the metaphor yes, but what confused me is why the characters are acting like he encouraged…
Another commenter speculated that he lied to MJ that he told his ex to kill herself so that MJ would back away from him. If he's been found by those guys and is at risk for getting assassinated, then maybe he's trying to distance himself from MJ to protect her.
Ofc it would be shocking for MJ to hear that. She needs time to process.
after today, i don't think that gu is directly responsible for his ex's death but he definitely sees himself as…
Don't apologize! It's nice to read such a thoughtful comment. This situation for Gu and MJ looks unsolvable right now. They can't stay in the current situation because he will always be hunted. Even if she wanted to leave her family and job and run away with him, that will solve nothing. They don't have money to keep running anyway. So it must be solved in the current situation.CH does nothing but complain, so I can't see his life getting better. I'm not sure what the heck is going on between GJ and Single Dad. I actually hope she gets together with her co-worker. He seems more compatible with her and likes her even with all her neuroses.Interesting that the dad also had a loan guarantee go badly. Gives some insight into his decisions about letting his kids go into debt.
Kuea is such a hypocrite. I understand why it would be upsetting to find those papers, but he should have confronted Lian the moment he got home. He's upset that Lian didn't tell him, but he hasn't shared one secret with Lian. A secret house, a secret car and bike, a secret major in school, a secret singing career-- all whilst putting on a fake innocent little boy persona. Then he gets upset that he's treated like a kid. The only person he listens to is his best friend who's more immature than him and who comes up with dumber ideas.
Just watched the first episode and I'm hoping Jing will find a new boyfriend soon! It's not clear that Guy cares about Jing at all. He just doesn't want to feel rejected. There's no chemistry between the leads, so it would be better for them to just move on and find better relationships.
I started this drama today only and I am on 3rd ep but there is a spoiler in tag section that is pretend amnesia…
Yes, but it gets revealed to different people at different times. So you can see how he plays it with different people-- does he keep playing that person or does he reveal?
Did they ever consummate their relationship? I do not remember any episode. Besides, when 'the jig was up', she…
I think it was the first night SR and CG met and got drunk at the beach together. I think I skipped part of that episode because SR is so annoying. But later I remember CG making some comment to SR along the lines of, "Let's forget what happened at the beach." I assumed then that they had been intimate.
Ofc it would be shocking for MJ to hear that. She needs time to process.
