The flashbacks were to 1937 which is relavant to the time period of going into WW 2. If it would have been 1920, the car would be out of place as the car is clearly a late 1930s era car.

I think there is a flaw in the script here. I do not know Chinese tax law (didn't even know they actually had tax laws). Although Asian coutries are harsh, I would think they would allow for a more open process. In America, jail before trial would only happen after a through investigation or non cooperation (they said CC was cooperating). As his business partner, WSW would also be part of the investgation process. It seems very covoluted that he is in jail pending trial.

Pak and Mon have been in four or five shows together. Paired in Kncok Knock Boys, Two Worlds, Mission to the Moon and of course here in Doctor's Mine. They were also both in A Love So Beautiful, Apple My Love and Marry's Mission. I do not know if they were a couple in those shows.
