I finally started watching My Journey To You to pass the time as my current favourite drama Love Never Fails is updating only one episode a day 😭 I realised there is so much cast overlap between MJTY and this drama and also other dramas of GJM. I guess he likes working with this set of people.

But he adamantly said no to that. I think it's only when his father bewitches that he involuntary stands for the marriage. As soon as he sees HN in danger , he fights against the magic and that makes him spit blood. That's how I interpreted it.

I really like LXY's subtle acting. The way he is pleased and happy in a subtle way when HN finally appears in that feast or when someone mentions her bold statements in the feast.... there's no doubt that he's pleased, but he does it do subtly that it makes sense.

As I had expected, YBY's fans are bashing Hu Yi Xuan on weibo, from her acting to her styling to her looks. As if HYX has done the tax crimes that stalled this drama for four years. Anyway, I agree the first stills released for HYX were quite messy (some say it was intentional, as there's a plot where she is hit by lightening); regardless, it wasn't the best look for promotion. But the rest of the styling shown till now actually suits her really well and she looks very cute in this styling, reminds me of her FL role in My Dear Destiny. Even the promo clips that they've released show great styling for her.
I am glad she has good supporters who have promoted her on their personal weibo (like Li Hong Yi, Cheng Lei and Ma Wen Yuen) and I hope she remains strong in the face of the brainless fans and their thoughtless attacks
