SPOILERS OF THE BEGINNING: If I remember correctly, there is a man who was going to marry someone from the Hua family and be married to the FL, but after what happened to her family, the marriage/engagement was canceled, but he did like her even when their marriage/engagement was canceled. The man liked her and did try to get closer, but then decided to stop, so I wouldn't consider him a second lover because the FL was only getting some of his help at the beginning, but never was considered to be her lover. She only liked the ML. So I really wouldn't consider it a love triangle because he did stop, and I didn't find him annoying because he was rarely shown. He truly seems kind.

It has political elements because of the plot, but it's not so focused on politics so far, once you get more into the story after the first few episodes. This drama gives Beauty and the Beast vibes, but it's pretty good so far. I would give it a try.

Is there romance in this?? I watched it a while ago, but I dropped it because it wasn't my type of drama, but I want to give it another chance.
