So, the ML is a FL's second choice ?. it's definitely ENTERTAINING. just like LLTG, for couples of first episodes, the romance went the wrong direction for the sake of character development. it was ENTERTAINING to see .... NOT! -_-

it's a necessity to get the score under 8 -_-

maybe a cdrama writer gave the kdrama writer the idea for this one.

I'm just extending my own understanding of noble idiocy : "any pretending act based on one side decision, while being miserable in the back, when 'talkiing' goes out of the window, in the name of protecting/saving the other side, while disregarding the opinion of the one being saved/protected, especially in ruth and hurtful ways, which exercised in many costume chine drama, to drive the story and create emotional effects, sometime comes in tandem with 'amnesia', no matter whether the viewers would like it or not, as long as the job's finished" 😁

it's a good drama. but for the second part, i can't stop telling to the ML, "you're such a hero of noble idiocy. chinese writers must be like you so much"

it's good. but what's the deal with shakey camera? is that supposed to be "artistic/sophisticated/anti-mainstream/fancy"?

that's what i'm afraid of. after spending hours of watching drama, rather than make sense, i prefer conventional "happily ever after" ending. other than that kind of ending, all just give me bad after taste, no matter how good the journey. it happens so many times in xiaxia cdrama.

the ending rises the question, " why the ending has to be like this? is it too much to ask for a conclusive happy ending where the viewers can get a good sleep after finishing the drama?". that's the questionable ending from many cdramas.

shxxt, another poetic ending. if the writer/director love to make questionable/non-conclusive-happy ending so much, i can help them by punching their faces at the end.

mentally abusive, call it teasing. cold, jerk, indifferent, rude, call it romantic and cool, as long as the visual/brain is good. what a unique mentality the writer has. the FL easily touched or grabbed by all SML, has no "don't" in her vocabularies. All SML are too pushy and can't read the room.

yes, i've watched how it resolved. but, still, watching this kind of trope for 2/3/4 eps is still kind of a torture. imagine to watch it for 10/20 eps 😁

I don't know if you've already at ep 18/19, and neither I want to give you a spoiler, but I don't think it's a backstory. it's compulsory the way i see it.

then you can try to watch "ashes of love" and "the last immortal". i can accept the idea of learning to love. but to be forced to be unable to love is kind of hard for me to enjoy a drama.

'unable to love'? why does it sound familiar? is it recyclable trope?
