Is it just me who sometimes feels sorry for how SCH is treated by others? Does anyone still can't get over this ending again? Tragic heartbreaking. I don't think I'll be able to watch it again. I always have problem to rewatch drama with a tragic ending. It's hard to watch it again. personally it is kind of rushed and what s worst postproduction removed a lot of scenes ML in the final episodes .from what I see, some people see the ending as OE and others think it fits the plot and character. Personally, it's hard to see it as an OE from what I've read on rednote the life of XQS and XMM is connected, so if XQS dies, so does XMM, if XMM is brought back, so does XQS, that's why in the last scenes some people see it as an open ending, but I personally l don't feel this as open ending and t He made his choice destroying system he kind of sealed his fate but in the end it shows that the doctors are the ones who are trying to brought him back and XMM refuses to wake up so for me his tears when he is in come l feel like he decided completely let go his life he success protected his country he feels that nothing holds him in this life and and his heart started to stop again and next there is XQS in white walking towards the light with a sword and zither everyone interprets it differently, I know that the actor said everyone interprets it as they want, that's the point of the open ending, but unfortunately it's hard for me to take it as an open ending, especially the last one especially the last moment of XQS the way they filmed it is clever because it gives the audience different interpretations but I was curious what it means in Chinese dramas and books how they filmed the last shot of XQS and what I found fits but it makes it even worse that it's clearly a tragedy this what l found it

I'm a bit surprised that it has such a low rating on this site, although I agree that there are some flaws, it doesn't change the fact that I like this drama, maybe because it's not a romance and Cheng Yi who always chooses good and tragic roles, the only character I feel sorry for is ml 🤷by the way, has anyone read the entire novel from what I checked, the eng translation is not finished and there are 8 books from what I read on rednote, the drama has two endings, only the questions which they chose what I read about the ending doesn't surprise me at all, it would suit this drama and ChengYi, although I personally don't like open or bitter endings

well honestly K-drama are reducing the number of episodes more and more, filming 8,10,12,14,and 16 sometimes when I checked on mdl they used to film a lot of episodes of 30/40 and now it's a bit disappointing and I wonder why is it lack of money or time, what's worse is when they choose a story from a novel or manhwa which are often continued and the dramas have few episodes and end only on season 1
