Xiaoyao will probably have her hair down more this season!! I win, finally 😭 That one scene where she is seen running towards Jing in the rain with her hair down? That styling was magical. I'm so excited to see it more this season. Also, the picture of XL's hair down in the image gallery? Is everyone having their hair down, it's giving ROP vibes, please yes 😭 #hairdownsupremacy
Rofl, apparently you haven't by posting this comment.Haven't watched EP11 but thinking about ritualsGardener is…
Girl, I don't not care. I am allowed to be annoyed by characters and I am allowed to be annoyed that the FL now has a bad reputation at work. And also, what is your problem. I never said I was dropping the show or that it was bad. Your comments are very unnecessary. Your over here explaining to me plot points that I am not even discussing. My initial comment was solely about the romantic aspect of the show/the FL and ML's relationship not about the curse. Ik that the garden obviously has a motive for doing the things he's doing and that it is all connected. However, again, that's not even what I was talking about. If you want to talk about that comment to someone else.

What are you even talking about? I'm talking about the man who is working with NY and taking the photos. They spread the photos at work so now people know about the FL/ML as well as the SML/FL and are talking badly about her because they are assuming things. Maybe watch the episode first before responding to comments.
NY and that creepy gardener guy are getting very annoying to me. Do they think spreading those pictures is going to break them up? I'm actually so annoyed. I have to deal with their bs for 5 more episodes. I'm over it.
The chemistry between the leads is so good. If it wasn't I swear I would have dropped this because NY is pissing me off and honestly sometimes so do the leads.
In the next ep trailer, it looks like he tries to break up with NY but she dismisses it and says he is confused. This is so weird to me. She literally holding him hostage in that relationship. Also, how did Ny and that crazy man even team up? God, I hate them both so much. And now the SML? Wth...You rejected her twice!!
If what ZLH said is true...that's so bad. I wonder what WuFeng would force YWS to do. Cause according to the world-building...it would make no sense for her to be able to come out of that alive unless 1. her sister can fight and/or 2. Wufeng let her leave.
So after watching this show, does anyone know the order of who is stronger than who? There are a lot of inconsistencies and it's confusing me slightly. I know that skills-wise, Wufeng is technically still the strongest (we haven't seen Liang's skillset or the leader of Wufeng's skillset yet but I'm assuming it's better than the Wangs).
"This novel details the journey of our female lead, Liao Ting Yan, a typical, office lady living in the modern world who had transmigrated into the ancient world of cultivation (where normal beings are able to practice the art of cultivation and gradually ascend to immortal status or opt to become a demon), and is granted the opportunity to meet our male lead, Si Ma Jiao, the sole descendant of the founding fathers of the great Geng Chen Immortal Sect (the largest, and most powerful Immortal Sect) who, by virtue of his bloodline, possess extremely powerful abilities.
Due to his past experiences, however, our male lead possesses an extremely bitter heart, a somewhat twisted worldview, and a tendency / penchant to kill. His ability to force people to speak their true minds has also contributed to his jaded and cynical mindset, as he has verified, time and again, the deceit of various people throughout the years (when they are superficially nice to him in order to obtain an advantage from him). Having been trapped by the Geng Chen Immortal Sect in a secluded, isolated location for the past 500 years and our female lead first meet as the isolated ancestral teacher and a lowly disciple who had been ‘offered’ up by the Geng Chen Immortal Sect (amongst many others) to serve the ancestral teacher. Although our male lead initially views our female lead with the general distrust with which he views the general populace, our female lead’s “salted fish” [1] personality gradually wins her his trust, and she emerges as the sole surviving servant capable of accompanying him as he breaks free of his chains and embarks on his journey of revenge against the Geng Chen Immortal Sect.
[1] Salted Fish – a colloquial term used by netizens to describe a person with no ambition, no goal in life, and simply targets to get by day by day. In this instance, due to our female lead’s obvious (and true) lack of ambition, she has no requests to make of the male lead (and is not seeking anything from him in particular), which gradually causes him to be able to open his heart to her.
Having said, although this novel is set in the ancient times (with Xian Xia elements), this novel conveys, at its root, simply a sweet, typical romance between a relatively neutral female lead (with a heart full of support and love for our male lead) and a vicious / “evil” male lead, with minimal or little angst."
