Something that bugged me while reading the novel and now bugs me while watching the show is that all the men in XY's life are always calling the shots/making decisions for her. She's never really allowed to do what she truly wants to do in any aspect. And yes, it is ALL of them.

They all have great intentions but are always doing some action because they assume that's what's best for her. I wish they'd stop tbh.

This is such a great description because this is exactly what it is.

I think some of you are forgetting that this is a REVERSE HAREM meaning that the female lead is going to be involved with more than one male lead.

On many different platforms, I've seen people claiming she only truly loves either Xiang Liu or Jing, that she can't love Xuan, etc when in fact she can and does love all of them.

Love is not black and white. It's not a one size fits all. Also, XY is not a slut just because she has feelings for more than one person. 🙄 Some of you are so annoying with that.

XY does care about him though. This is only season 1 and all the episodes for this season aren't out yet and we still have season 2.
