Thanks for explaining, I can sleep better tonight. To replay her life to accept her fate is soo torturous - wld…
It might not be. She might still be able to get revenge on MZ but she can't stop what happened before (the main tragic events) from happening.

I guess it’s because they expected to see Lu Anran turning the tables and it didn't Happen(at least not yet),…
Thanks for this insight. That makes sense. Honestly, there is probably still a chance for LAR to get revenge but only after to accepts the things that were meant to happen in her past life.

Title Lost Track of Time Spoiler
Guys, in the episodes before today we were already told that the purpose of her rebirth was for her to accept her fate...the narrator literally said that. So I am kind of confused as to why everyone is shocked that the things she tried to prevent are still happening. Side note, MZ is very confusing. I thought the whole point of marrying her was to torture her, especially with the way he reacted when the xiao girl was initially upset. He smiled after she left so I thought he was pretending to be affectionate. Then he gives this whole speech to LAR and says he doesn't want her to be a corpse. He needs to make up his mind about what he wants from her. As for MC, I am very disappointed in him. You know the situation with LXR and MZ, you know about all of LAR's struggles and that she went to see the emperor. After she saw the emperor her attitude towards you completely changed.
Anyone would be able to put two and two together despite what she said to him and especially because she looked in pain. Honestly, at this point, I don't want her to end up with either of them. I hope in the end she's able to keep her brother safe and her lu family (her clan) from being beheaded because at this point that's all that matters.

Second to that, MZ is so fine, girl! I keep replaying his scene together with LAR in last 3 eps. He have strong…
When I said main lead I meant to say male lead lol. He's the second male lead and in most of his dramas he's the second male lead a lot.

I really want the actor to be a main lead for once. He has so much potential. His acting is so good. He is always the second lead :/.

From his POV, he thinks that the best way to protect her is letting her thinks that he's the murderer of her family…
That makes sense. Thanks for this comment. :)

I really feel bad for LR. She has no way out. The king is forcing her hand and forcing her to stay away from MC. MZ is forcing her to marry him and previously before the whole MZ situation MY was trying to force connections with the Lu family as well. She never stood a chance. After watching these new episodes things are making more sense now. She didn't get rebirth the fix things in the past. She got rebirth so that she would be forced to accept her fate which she did not want to accept in her previous life.

Back to MZ, I feel like his plan is going to be to treat LR really well so that his now princess consort will torment her. She doesn't deserve any of this. Another side note...lmao Jing Chao is so fine lolol.

I can't figure out if I actually like the plot or if I am just thirsty. Lmaoo. Also, I've seen the female lead in a couple of other things and I love her. Honestly, I think this is a nice short drama to pass the time. So far I'm not super annoyed with any character so far. The one thing I can't understand though is why the male lead doesn't tell the female lead what's going on.

"rebirth"
Reincarnation is banned in china. Reincarnation is when they are born again as a baby or when a soul of someone from a different life time enters the body of someone else. Rebirth in this drama just refers to someone being able to "restart" their life at a certain point and go back to a critical time in their life to undo certain events in the future. So for instance, Lu An Ran isn't reborn she "restarts" back to the point where she first met Mu Ze which was on the ship. I hope this explanation helps.

I'm on episode five and WHY oh WHY is she agreeing to marry the evil guy.... again. Someone please fill me in.…
Because she can't escape MZ. Her family has control over the seas and he wants to harness that as well as her knowledge about ships. So he is interested in her family and her. She can't escape him because of that. That's why she agreed to marry him again because either way he will find a way to get what he wants.

Title Little Women
Only one thing struck me about InHye this week... episodes 3-4... what a fine young actress - she is absolutely…
The great part about watching tv shows is getting to see other people's perspective so I appreciate your perspective.

I still stand by the art thing because she doesn't know these people well enough to just be taking money from them. She seems very pragmatic so it's just a little weird to me personally.

As for the bratty teen thing, my statement wasn't specifically about her. It was mostly about how drama's go about tackling teens dealing with hardships. I wasn't calling her a brat. I was just trying to point out how a lot of times in tv shows weather it's poverty, an illness or some other hardship a lot of writers seem to have a one size fits all approach for how teens deal with things. To me that approach seems to suggest that teens are always very naïve or lacking in compassion which is strange to me. Idk maybe I didn't get that point across very well.

I love this drama a lot and I wish more people would watch it.
However, there is something that has been bothering me...
At first, I couldn't figure out why but I think I finally understand why I feel the way I do now.

What's been bothering me is the way In Hye reacts towards her sisters and their situation. Now, before I start explaining things I just want to clarify that I understand that everyone responds to things differently and that's what makes for a good tv show. I also understand that In Hye is young so there are certain things that she may not be able to grasp yet. But it still bothers me.

Okay, so the reasons In Hye bothers me so much is because of a couple of things which I will list down below.

1. In a lot of dramas when they try to show how teenagers deal with hardships they always show teens making things more difficult for other family members, or putting blame on other characters they interact with without being considerate of others and their circumstances. To me, it makes it seem as if teenagers aren't capable of compassion or that they are extremely naive about everything in this world and how the world works. I understand that this is true for some people in this world when they go through their teenage years but that isn't always the case and in almost every melodrama/drama that's the route writers take a lot when they try to tackle hardships and teens. I'm not saying everyone should be a saint and never be upset or act out but idk certain actions that they have teens take really don't seem that necessary to me.

2. In Hye clearly loves her sisters and doesn't want them to constantly have to make sacrifices for her so she's trying to find other ways to get money without burdening them. So why isn't she trying to sell her art online or get a job? I'm assuming she's at an age where she can try to work part-time. Also, selling her artwork online for some money would not be super difficult especially since youtube is a thing and she could easily look up videos on tips/what she should do to get started (I am speaking from experience). So why then must she go the route she's going? (Obviously, the route she is taking makes the drama more interesting so this question isn't really a question lol. It's something I've thought about a lot and wanted to get off my chest).

Yeah, that's basically it. Those are the main things that bother me surrounding her character. There are things that bother me about the other two too but I'd be here forever if I broke that down as well. Anyways, love the show and I can't wait for the next episodes.

After watching the latest eps, I now believe that Mu Ze is either pure evil or twisted. I find it hard to sympathize…
Same! He is so twisted it's not even funny.

Lol, Mu Ze is f***ing crazy. I knew he was crazy before but I don't think I truly grasp how crazy he was until these recent episodes. He really told Lu An Ran he's doing all these things because he hates her when really it's because of all the things that LX said plus the fact that he hates people treating him the way he treats them. And what's with him and this seducing bs? LAR did not seduce MC *insert eye-roll*. Either way, I am really excited for the next episodes. I am really wondering how LAR will get out of all of this because so far we have seen that no matter how hard she tries to change things, certain things will still end up happening.

Idk....the extra episodes felt so out of place. They did not make sense with the rest of what we have seen. I wanted them to have a happy ending but I wanted the ending to make sense and it didn't.
