why did iqiyi do this to us ????????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! T.T, it's been 2 days in a row, they didn't put…
someone posted a link yesterday for a site that had the trailers for ep 19 20 but that same site doesn't have it for 21 and 22. I need these trailers lolol.
Also, I'm getting impatient. Lol, I want to get to the part where she finally acknowledges the feelings she has for him. But these new episodes were nice to watch. They are so cute together.
Also, I feel like DFQC's brother is going to be an issue in the future because he's going to sense that DFQC is in love with her and that will be a problem for their plans.
Um, he isn't thinking to have a killing spree at the moment. Just because it happened does mean he always intend…
I made the comment I made based on the previews that have been released, the MV, and the conversations he has had with his two guards and CSS. It's not based on the novel because some things have changed and I didn't read the full novel.
He literally asked CSS if she would choose revenge even if it would hurt someone she loves and we have seen how he has chosen to handle everyone related to the Gu massacre which is by killing them.
Nowhere in my comment did I state that I hated the decision that he was going to make. All I said was that the promises he's making to her are tiring because ultimately he has to make a choice.
Just because I expressed annoyance doesn't mean I don't like his character. I like him and CSS still and I like them together. Honestly, when I made the original comment I did not think people were going to be that upset...
Why do I get a terrible feeling that the ending w be rushed. The preview for next 6 episodes still hasn't shown…
I feel like the massacre takes place during ep 48. The 5 year banishment probably won't be long cause in the novel that time wasn't discussed, just what happened afterwards. I think it should be okay.
Dude, I'm tired of LBY making promises to CSS he knows he can't keep. STOP. Cause when you do what we know you are gonna do, I'm going to be crying too much.
Edit: Lol I didn't realize this comment was going to be taken so seriously. I typed it on my computer so I can't really use emojis. I still like LBY and CSS and I find their scenes together really cute. But based on the trailers, the conversations we have seen, and the MV sometimes I feel a little annoyed...Which should be fine because this drama is supposed to make viewers feel a lot of different emotions....
So I am actually not mad at NN's mom for slapping her. I wish she could have used a different route but oh well. Damn, that last episode made me cry a lot. The way NN's family (the cheng family, the empress, and the crown prince (yes I am considering them her family now too lmao)) love her and she loves them is so beautiful I was literally moved to tears.
Can someone who has read the book answer this: 1. Xiao Lan Hua / Xi Yun, how are they related? 2. Why does she marry Chang Heng 3. What's the ending of the novel?
I think the answer she gave him today about choosing between revenge even with knowing that it would hurt or let…
I agree that today's dialogue is pieces to the puzzle but I don't think his actual choice is going to be the issue. His entire family was wiped out with only him remaining. I don't think CSS is so unreasonable that she won't understand him choosing to avenge them over her. I feel like it's more so him forsaking her than her not being his first choice because from the previews she comes to rescue him and he still chooses to fall off the horse leaving her behind.
I heard in the novel, SS heard LBY telling emperor that he gave up on SS. That's why SS decide to break up too.…
I know I read the novel lol but a lot of things have changed in the show already. For example, CSS's family being put in the jail. That wasn't in the novel. So that's why I said all the things I said. Idk if they will still include the scene where the Empress asks him if he wants to give up CSS and he says yes or not. But whatever route they decide to go I think the reasoning for the split will remain the same.
After watching the previews, I don't think CSS issue with LBY is going to be the fact that he takes revenge. She herself has said that she is vengeful and will pay people back for doing the ones she loves wrong. The issue will be him lying to her/abandoning her. CSS has said that she will be true to him if he doesn't lie to her. In a lot of their dialogues, there has been a lot of foreshadowing of why they will end up breaking up. Also in one of the MV's I saw, she asked LBY if he had anything to tell/say to her and I think he still won't be honest with her. I feel bad for CSS because what was the point of making her fall in love with you if you were just going to abandon her in the end without giving her a choice?
Totally agree with you!! 👏🏼👏🏼👍🏼 Not forgetting the biggest lie that’s coming their way. LBY…
CSS seems to be pretty good at putting things together and figure out clues but I don't think she's at the point yet where she feels that he is lying to her. I think it's more so that she's aware he's keeping things from her although I'm not positive.
Rant: I understand that people are getting frustrated with the way CSS acts sometimes but it feels like a lot of people on this thread are biased. My reason for saying this is because people are expressing frustration with how long it's taking her to confide in LBY but LBY literally doesn't tell CSS anything and he schemes a lot. For instance, the ploy to get CSS to realize her feelings was also used to collect evidence for his revenge plot. Another instance is not telling CSS a little bit about the ins and outs of the palace so she knows who to stay away from. You can't just tell your significant other 'stay away from so and so' without giving them somewhat of an explanation and expect them to take you seriously, especially someone with CSS characteristics. LBY saying 'that nothing in the palace is as it seems' and 'stay away from the eastern palace' isn't sufficient enough of an explanation to me given the relationship he knows CSS has with the empress.
Also, just to clarify, I'm not saying that some of CSS actions that are problematic are okay. I'm just saying that I wish people would give both of them the same energy especially when he and CSS are literally the same type of people. Both of them are vengeful (I don't mean this in a bad way btw), passionate, and have a hard time fully trusting others because of their past.
Sidenote: So this next thing is completely unrelated but I think I figured out where that slap preview is from. I think CSS's mom slaps her because of something that's going to happen related to her dad and the family getting put in jail. This would make sense because CSS's mom has already expressed that she feels like CSS is becoming distant from the family (which is partially her fault) so maybe the way CSS responds to the situation will upset her. I came to this conclusion after watching the trailers that were released today. What do you guys think?
