Is this comment satire? Moon Lovers was a whole decade ago. And Persona was an anthology series. Broker and Dream were movies so why are you including them at all when you yourself said "dramas"?
Being doubtful of an upcoming dramas quality is totally fine, but atleast get the details right in your criticism or you just seem disingenous.

I agree, I actually think his main goal will be protecting his nephew from other people who might scheme against him. I doubt he'd overthrow his own flesh and blood (especially when the kid is only 8 years old), would make it kinda hard to root for him.
He might come across as abrasive and power-hungry at first, and then we'll learn more along the way

For the people in the comments worried about it only being 12 episodes, consider that the episode length of this drama will be 1 hour 30 mins. Most 16 episode shows are only between 1 hour - 1 hour 10 mins per ep.

Each episode of this show will be 20 minutes longer than most 16 ep series. Keep that in mind.
If we add up the minutes its about the same length :)

I agree 100%. Not sure why so many people automatically think more episodes = better.. 16 episodes could just as likely "drag on" as 12 episodes could be "rushed" 🤷‍♀️
