yes omg i agree with literally everything and the whole thing being seemingly resolved by a kiss at the end of the episode pmo, no actual conversation was had?
lol does she have superpowers? whats with the lightning and witch(???) walk and talking to the dead grandpa and reading each other's thoughts?? i get that these things are trying to represent i guess her inner monologue and stuff that she just imagines but it's not portrayed very clearly which makes everything confusing.
..like for the 'parallel' that they tried to make with her sleeping at the motel and then her back in seoul in the dorm, i had to literally go back 3 times to check if this was a flashback? or if she was still at the motel or if i missed something else.. just yeah the directing is meh
BUT: i like the second male lead and the dynamics of all the childhood friends so i will check out some more episodes for sure! they just need to make up their mind abt a clear plotline for the following episodes so i can actually enjoy it xd
The using a gun inside a space ship is what got me. Not trying to hate on this drama though, I think it has potential…
i found it ridiculous as well but turns out some return spacecrafts actually do carry firearms lol, allegedly for protection against animals or so if they were to land off-course when returning to earth (but i guess in the preview we see her actually try to use it???in space?? so yeah)
ok so we're 4 episodes in now which means i can say this confidently enough now: wow. this is such a good show? i had medium expectations but damn, this has definitely exceeded them. i wouldn't call this the most out there original or deeply thought out story but it's just executed SO WELL!! the dialogue is great and natural (also always adds to the plot) and every character has clear motive which is some of the stuff i find myself complaining about the most for gmmtv shows.... overall i'm a very satisfied customer :p
this had the potential to give uncontrollably fond vibes (one of my top5 dramas lol) but i was a bit let down by the back and forth around ep 6-9 which got a bit repetitive and annoying
girl GOODBYE what was that seokryu needs to grow a backbone towards that ex of her or just get back with him already bc it's getting really annoying, if she left him then left the country then i don't get why she's so fine with him being in her space so much and doesn't set clear boundaries
