Yeah the formula is to predictable,40 mins of filler and about 20 mins of actually advancing the story. I hate dumb characters, silly plots and most of all cheesy romance, the last reason is why I prefer C-Dramas over K-Dramas. Male Leads in K-Dramas are just over the top cheesy. Unfortunately for me UK is that mold,its not the actors fault. I still can appreciate the character though. With that said this drama has sill managed to be one of my all time favorites. The only drama I've ever watched every episode multiple times.

I wonder if Buyeon is the reincarnation of Jin Seol Ran, the first Priestess of Jinyowon. If she is the living ice stone brought back to life. I wonder if the love letter is about how Master Seo couldn't bring himself to destroy the ice stone, because it's Jin Seol Ran. Who is now reincarnated into Buyeon.

This has to be a troll comment. Jung So Min is the show, not only that but her beauty is par or better than any other female on the show. When she dresses up for the crown prince no one can even come close to her.

That was Princess Agents. But I think due to censor ship C-dramas are no longer as brutal.

I asked the same question weeks ago, the relics in Jinyowon recognized Mudeok/Buyeon as the blind girl and also called her"the ice stone"

Buyeon confuses me, at time she seems powerful and intentional like when she stops Gij Ju from soul shifting with UK or when she breaks the Mirror of Longing or hijacking Naksu's soul shift, she might have even caused it to rain to allow UK to use Tansu on Gil Ju, other times she seems powerless like she has lost her memory. How could Buyeon be suppressing Naksu's power if Buyeon didn't even recognize her mother, So-I,or Jin Mu who tried to kill her. Obviously, she recognized her mother when at deaths door but why not before? or did she. I guess I'm asking is Buyeon conscious and intentional as in hiding her identify, waiting for chance to destroy the ice stone or has her memory been lost/scrambled and her only instinct is to protect Naksu. The whole master Kang thing doesn't make sense. I understand they were trying to bring him back to a point where he could testify against Jin Mu. But why would they leave him where anyone could just walk in and steal his body. If they were recovering Master Kang's strength why would they leave him unguarded to where if he woke up he could just leave?

Has Naksu/Cho Yeong's mother ever been mentioned? Like her name or how she died?

What is the most likely way to bring back Naksu's body?

Do think they are changing the story or some reason?

Dramas don't have to be perfect to be the best, this one certainly has a few flaws. But no drama has had me this intrigued and dedicated as this one. I've watched everyone episode at least 2x and most of them I was just intrigued as the first time. The complexity of the story and the intense vulnerability of Mudeok. She goes from a powerful and fearless assassin to a weak maid who suffers many insults and injustices. Even the weakest trample upon her and many times her life is hanging by a thread. One could argue that she is just as powerful in the body of a weak maid as she was in her original body. But who could argue that when Master Lee said a great soul is in that body, whom he was referring to.

Ok, that makes sense, I meant to say Jang Gang was in possession of the ice stone at that point in the story. He did later seal it and seems to be fine without it. Yes, I remember, this is something that is not fully explained I guess. But whether he used soul ejector or not we know he has possession of the ice stone which would prevent him from running wild. Would you agree that anyone who has a blue mark when shifting into a body, whether their own or not will eventually run wild? Gil Ju failed but we know he did leave his own body and returned. ~"He had the blue mark on his body." "His soul must have re-entered his body." Naksu's body clearly had a blue mark so if she returned I would also assume the same of her but because she is more powerful I would assume she would last a lot longer.

Jang Kang had the ice stone. My understanding is if your souls is shifted and as Gil Ju proved even back into your own body and you are not Hwansu or have the Ice stone then you will eventually become petrified or have to feed off souls.

If she just simply uses the soul ejector than won't she eventually turn to stone like Gil Ju after reentering his own body.

So for Naksu to get her own body she needs to reach Hwansu or she needs the ice stone to prevent her from running wild and to get her powers back. But Jin Buyeon is a type/form of the ice stone and the ice stone contains the power of Hwansu. I would assume Jin Buyeon could give Naksu all her powers back if she wanted to? When will we see a reawakening of Jin Buyeon and do you think one of them dies or will Naksu get her body back? I know we can assume by season 2 info leak Naksu does get her body back but I've heard that is unconfirmed.

I think dramas like this can be complex to the point were some people can't truly appreciate them.

Who is the soul-shifted woman dressed in black that Jin Mu uses to scare So-i ? I haven't seen very many discussions about her? Maybe you guys know and I've overlooked it.
